Excellent
Great staff
The hotel is beautiful. Excellent beds. No street noise. Absolutely gorgeous room. Mr Lee was there at check in and made sure that everything was perfect.
Strong smell of mold in room
Spent one night at this hotel. Great downtown location. Room was very nice. Bathroom are beautiful. Loved the connected parking ramp. Very convenient. Enjoyed a pizza at Poke The Bear. The only disappointment was the bar service was adequate at best.
Very cool and historic building! I loved everything about it
Beautiful hotel! Cookies at check in!
This is a beautiful old property in Downtown Green Bay. The building has been renovated and in nice shape. Unfortunately the feature restaurant is only open for breakfast and has a limited menu. The pub on the ground floor is just that... a bar with bar food. They do have a really nice workout room with Matrix equipment and nice media hookups for the cardio machines. The biggest complaint I had was the excessive use of air fresheners. The hallways, elevators and our room had VERY strong scents. So heavy that the irritated my nose and caused congestion.
Upon arrival I had to drive around just to see what others were doing to find the entrance. Once in, I had to climb stairs (2 months out from total knee replacement) after driving for six hours. Then I had to get a cart, take the elevator down, and walk around the building to where my car was, get my luggage, then drag it back around the building to the elevator to get to my room. Then I had to move my car into the parking garage. Once again I had to figure out how to get in. My room and bed were just ok.
There were no outlets to plug my devices into next to the bed, so I used an outlet on the wall to charge my phone and AirPods. When I left the room I checked to make sure I wasn’t forgetting anything and left. Unfortunately I missed the white AirPods on the white shelf. I noticed that they weren’t in my purse later that day and called to report it. The hotel messaged me that they were found and they directed me to the company they use to return lost things. $75 later I received cheap ear plugs. I can track MY AirPods, and 5 days a week they show up at the hotel and go to work. The hotel was kind enough to reimburse me for 2/3 of replacement cost, but be aware the person who took them still works there, and they are using my AirPods.
Very nice hotel with old world beauty. Room was clean. Our window faced other rooms which wasn't a big deal since we spent minimal time in there. I guess you would have to request a city view. Hotel was quiet so we got a great nights rest. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.
