Great facility, great staff
Pros:

First of all, the facility: very nice, clean, and comfortable. Then, the garden is a wonderful place to relax and cool off on hot days. The restaurant, food, and wine are excellent. But above all, the staff, both in the restaurant and in the back office. The back office, in particular, was extremely kind and helpful in finding a driver to accompany us on our tour of the Fergana Valley. Thank you so much.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, staff gentilissimo, camera oltre le aspettative. Avevamo due prenotazioni diverse, ci hanno lasciato la suite nonostante la prima prenotazione fosse ad un costo inferiore. Qualità/prezzo eccellente. Ottima colazione.

Tolles Hotel, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Schöne Sitzgelegenheit im Garten. Waren leider nur eine Nacht.

Cons:

Wenn überhaupt was zu bemängeln gab, dann, dass man beim Frühstück den Kaffee aus der Maschine bezahlen muss. Aber, dass ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Tout était formidable . Depuis les premiers échanges avant d’arriver à l’hôtel pour réserver une excursion à l’accueil le jour de l’arrivée , la gentillesse , les sourires du staff . L’hôtel est très beau avec un magnifique jardin où l’on peut déjeuner ou dîner agréablement sous des tonnelles au calme, les plats servis y sont excellents et servis avec délicatesse. Le petit déjeuner buffet est riche et varié. Les chambres impeccables et la literie excellente . C’est l’hôtel que je conseille à Kokand

EXCELLENT SÉJOUR À SILK ROAD KOKAND HOTEL
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel et le confort de l’hôtel, la propreté des lieux. Les petits déjeuners très copieux et variés. Nous remercions le personnel qui nous a surclassés 👍.
L’emplacement et le joli jardin avec terrasse.
