Pros:

Hôtel particulièrement confortable proposant un bon petit déjeuner. L’accueil a été très à l’écoute et a gentiment accepté de nous préparer notre chambre plus tôt pour nous permette de nous reposer de notre train de nuit

Hotel haute gamme offrant des prestations de très bonnes qualités, avec un personnel efficace parlant très bien l'anglais. Nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement (fin juin 2026) et nous avons logé dans une suite de grand confort!
L'hôtel est idéalement placé dans Kokand, proche des sites touristiques de la ville.
Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet très copieux et varié, salé et sucré,.de 7h30 à 10h. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant, d'un grand jardin équipé de tables à l'ombre. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son professionnalisme.

Pros:

Modern hotel with excellent facilities, including an attractive garden with areas for eating. The room was spacious and had extremely comfortable beds. The staff were super friendly, particularly in the restaurant and the food was superb. The lacation was easy to find, plenty of parking spaces and close to shops.

Aanrader voor een verblijf in Kokand.
Pros:

De patio waar je niet alleen s’avonds kon genieten van een lekker avondmaal, maar ook s’ namiddags van een kopje thee en s’morgens van het ontbijt. Een zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en ruime kamers.

The staff and accommodation we excellent and we had a memorable stay.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and as it was our wedding anniversary they gave us a free upgrade to the presidential suite.
Staff also found us a taxi after the Yandex Go driver we had organized failed to turn up.
Breakfast was lovely.

Très bien pour la ville
Pros:

Les plus : Le confort de la chambre climatisée. Un personnel formé à l'hôtellerie. Le jardin pour se poser. Le thé d'accueil avec des fruits frais. Un surclassement dans une suite.

Cons:

Un lieu un peu étrange (architecture, déco, accueil réception, ambiance un brin kitsch). Rien de malsain mais on a du mal à se sentir vraiment bien...
Petit déjeuner buffet en salle assez basique et on a trouvé dommage de ne pas le servir ou l'installer dans les jardins (peut-être trop compliqué...). Du coup, on s'est fait nous même notre assiette et on s'est installé à l'ombre dans le jardin.
Par ailleurs, croisez les doigts pour qu'il n'y est pas un mariage dans le jardin durant votre séjour... peut-être éviter les week-ends... cela n'était pas notre cas mais nous avons vu la préparation de soirée dans le jardin et nous sommes dit "ouf ! heureusement que nous partons..." Sinon, prévoir des boules quiès ; )

SILK Road hotel,, SILVER service GOLD Standards.
Pros:

We called the hotel the day before we arrived and asked if it was possible for an early check in because I had been quite sick for three days and we had to travel 10 hours on an overnight sleeper train, the Hotel excelled and not only granted the early arrival but upgraded us to a luxury suite. Staff exceptional, Room Super, beds Sooo comfy, gardens really peaceful, breakfast yummy. 10 out of 10

That's we only had one night there.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Le personnel d’une grande gentillesse, le petit déjeuner bon, les chambres côté jardin spacieuse, jolies, confortables, très propres et calmes. Une mention ++ pour le restaurant et son manager du qui a vraiment tout fait pour que nous soyons satisfaites.
