Pros:

El hotel mas lindo que estuvimos en Uzbekistan. Nos dieron una habitacion superior hermosa y grande. Muy limpio. El personal muy amable. Las camas comodisimas. Realmente fue una experiencia maravillosa. Valio la pena ir a Kokand por el hotel.

Невероятен хотел! Просторна стая, обзавеждането, мебелите - всичко беше с вкус! Вкусна и разнообразна закуска! Изключително вежлив персонал, винаги готов да помогне! Най-добрият хотел в Коканд и един от най-добрите в Узбекистан, и въобще навсякъде, където съм бил! Изключително високо ниво на всичко! Препоръчвам го!

Good location, very helpful staff.
Pros:

Kokand is rather spread-out, so location matters. The Silk Road Hotel is almost in the "middle", with the Palace of Khudayar Khan a 15 mins walk just down the road.
Staff at the hotel is friendly and very helpful with making (travel) arrangements. Would go there again.

Cons:

Overpriced. Stayed in much more friendly and comfortable places at much lower prices in Uzbekistan. Room was very large but empty and characterless. Service variable - a couple of the waiters were very good. Front of house not particularly helpful or welcoming

La meilleure nuit de mon séjour en Ouzbékistan.
En plus, nous avons été surclassées.
Donc, chambre spacieuse avec des lits très confortables.
Petit déjeuner super! Avec du choix.

Struttura fantastica, camere ampie, letti comodissimi, bagno spazioso e un bellissimo giardino nel retro. Staff estremamente cordiale e accogliente, ristorante delizioso, é stato veramente un soggiorno fantastico.
