Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren für uns zu weich, so dass die Nacht nicht so komfortabel war

De locatie. Prachtig en op een goede loopafstand van de bekendste attracties in Koblenz

De vesting. Je mag met hond niet naar binnen, maar boclven met de kabelbaan is er verder niets dan gras en looppaden

Das Essen und das klimatisierte Zimmer

Cons:

Es ist ja sicherlich wichtig und wertvoll dass dort auch Hochzeiten gefeiert werden können. Aber dass man dann den zahlenden Gästen direkt das angrenzende Zimmer gibt, also unser Zimmer! Dort hätte man gut Gäste der Hochzeitsgesellschaft unterbringen können. Bis 2 Uhr morgens konnte man leider kein Auge zu tun. Das hat uns dann schon sehr geärgert!

Pros:

Rustige ligging. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Gratis parking. Binnen zwembad, ganse dag geopend. Mooi uitzicht voor de kamers aan de kant van de rivier. Daar ook geen lawaai van de spoorweg die vlak naast het hotel ligt.

Cons:

Beperkte keuze en te hoge prijzen voor diner.

Die Lage war sehr schlecht, weil ständig Züge gefahren sind (auch nachts) und es gab leider keine Fähre mehr

Pros:

Die Lage war super, das Frühstück war auch super, bevor was leer war ist dierekt nachgefüllt worden. Omletts sind für jeden einzel nach seinen Wünschen zubereitet worden. Das Zimmer war klein, das wusste ich ja, alles war im Zimmer vorhanden. Gefallen hat mir nicht, das das WC ( was einen eigenen Raum mit Tür im Zimmer hat,) so klein und zu eng war. Waschbecken und Dusche war auch ein eigener Raum, aber ohne Türe.

Cons:

Gefallen hat mir nicht, das die Fähre den Betrieb seit Anfang 2026 eingestellt hat. Sowas sollte man bei der Beschreibung drauf hinweisen. Und nicht schreiben das man das die Fähre ca. 200 m entfernt ablegt.

KI Assistent im Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat Charme. Es hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Rhein. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Super ist die Bar am Ufer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Man hat den Eindruck, daß das Hotel wenig Kontakt zu den Gästen wünscht. Buchung, check in oder check out sollten am Besten im Netz erfolgen. Man erhält mehrere Mails mit entsprechenden Aufforderungen. Ruft man im Hotel an, hat man einen KI Assistenten am Telefon. Zu einem Menschen dringt man nicht vor. Die Antworten des KI Assistenten sind nicht hilfreich.
