Unglaublich unbequeme Matratzen, komische Säule in der Mitte vom Badezimmer, allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen, für den Preis bekommt man woanders deutlich mehr heutzutage - sogar in dieser Toplage am Rhein bspw. in Bonn

Trotz allem hat es uns im Hotel gefallen

Zimmerlage mit Blick zum Rhein, Personal im Restaurationsbetrieb freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer freundlich gestaltet, hervorragende Klimaanlage. Zimmer war super runter gekühlt.

Informationen, Kennzeichnung zum Eingang. Teilweise waren wir nicht ganz zufrieden mit dem Personal (Rezeption)
Keine persönliche und fehlende Kenntnis über touristische Ziele in Koblenz (Burganlage Ehrenbreitstein) Wenig Hilfe erhalten. Auftreten gegenüber Gästen könnte etwas freundlicher sein.
Bad ist ziemlich Klein. Alles Vorhanden, Frisch renoviert, Zugang zum WC wird durch Waschtischanlage sehr stark eingeengt.
