Clean, comfortable and quiet in a great location with very friendly helpful staff. Excellent.

The location of the hotel was great in old quarter but set back from the road so nice and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable with all the required facilities. Reception was staffed 24 hours with affordable water and very helpful staff that would book tours or tickets.

Hôtel calme même si dans le centre, très bon emplacement et la communication par WhatsApp est très pratique

Bien pour une ou deux nuits et découvrir le vieux quartier d'Hanoï.
Pros:

Bon emplacement pour découvrir le vieux quartier ! Bien pour une à trois nuits.

Cons:

L'hôtel est dans une cour intérieure et donc protéger du bruit de la rue mais les habitants dans la cour parlent fort tard le soir et tôt le matin et l'isolation sonore n'est pas bonne.

The girl on the reception is the kindest person I’ve met during my stay in Hanoi. Room was clean and comfortable, location is very good, I recommend it :)
