Overall it was a good property to stay at
Pros:

Location, ease at check-in, English speaking courteous staff

Cons:

We booked out 3 superior twin rooms several months back but we were disappointed that all 3 rooms were separated- 2 were on one floor far apart and the 3rd totally on a different floor.

清潔不確實，床上有頭髮，浴室到處是水漬，枕頭有臭頭味，棉被和床墊泛黃，還好床單和枕頭套是乾淨的……
電梯只有一部，要等一段時間才能搭乘。

It was an okay hotel.
Pros:

The location is not to far from Tokyo. Everything is closed by. The food was good.

Cons:

The curtain blinds for shower in room 402 were smelly (rotten smell of spoiled water), room was small for 2 person, I guess that is expected of city near Tokyo. Good parking are hard to find in the area.
