Pros:

Hotel petit però corecte. La habitació era molt petita, els llits còmodes, i net. L'esmorzar estava bé, amb opcions bàsiques tant occidental com japoneses, però poca varietat. La sala d'esmorzar petita però no ens vam haver d'esperar.

Cons:

Feiem el check-in a les 14:25h, ens van indicar que si pagavem un extra ens donaven ja la habitació, que sino haviem d'espera a lea 15h. Puc entendre pagar extra previament per assegurar que pots entrar abans, però estant ja allà i havent la habitació disponible, és ridicul haver s'esperar 35 minuts davant del taulell de recepció per evitar pagar extra, lo normal és permetre el checkin inmediatament.
El menjador d'esmorzar és petit, trobo que no s'hauria de permetre que 2 persones ocupin les taules de 4.

Gutes Hotel
Pros:

Tolle Lage und nettes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist recht klein, aber ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und haben uns gut geholfen.

Cons:

Leider hat sich die Klimaanlage immer wieder von allein eingeschaltet, selbst nach Hilfe.

Cons:

The hotel is nice and comfortable, but the downside is the lack of a washing machine in the hotel. They do offer a laundry service, but it is very expensive for the amount of laundry - 1700 yen for a very small bag that would fit 1 adult's autfit. Compared to the 100 yen coin machine in the other hotel we stayed that handled the whole family's laundry.

Nice hotel with super helpful staff in a great location between Ueno and Akihabara
Pros:

The hotel was super clean, and the room had enough space for 2 people and the luggage. There was free coffee and water on the 1st floor, as well as a vending machine with drinks. The breakfast was good - not a big choice, but every day the kitchen served something different. It was a mix of Western-style and Japanese-style breakfast. The dining space is small but enough to accommodate guests. The staff was very helpful with check-in, and they helped me send my luggage to the next hotel. I truly recommend staying at this hotel, given the price and location.

Pros:

The rooms are perfect size, enough space for the luggage.
The hotel is really close to akihabara and 5-10 minutes walk to subway stations.
Modern, clean and the staff really nice and helpful.
