Have everything you need
Pros:

Less than 5 min walk from subway station. Helpful staff they were able to store our luggage do a couple day while we go to Hakone

Cons:

Only 1 elevator so sometime you’d have to wait a bit

アメニティでYouTubeをスマホからテレビに繋げるものがあるか聞いたらあるとのことで貸してもらったが繋げられずYouTube見れませんでした。そもそもYouTubeがなかったです。使い方も分かりずらかったです。

Everything was great and would stay there again.
Pros:

Room was small, but not claustrophobic, and was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent with train stations, izakayas and markets within easy walking distance. Also a Lawson (think 7-11) basically right next door.
