good location, in the city center but it was quiet in the night so we had good sleep. The staff was nice and facility good so that we'd like to live in this hotel every time in Madrid.

Cons:

No family room available, we had to stay in another hotel for one night, which was in convenient.

Pros:

Lo primero la situación, luego las habitaciones cómodas y limpias tampoco podemos dejar de puntuar a las recepcionistas con un excelente. Volveremos sin duda.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy buen trato y muy limpio. Desayuno estupendo.

Cons:

Por el precio de las habitaciones, éstas son pequeñas y con muy poco espacio de armario. Este aspecto es muy llamativo. He ido a muchos hoteles de 4, y nunca había visto un armario tan mínimo.
