Pros:

The location is very convenient, 5-10 mins of walking from any attraction in the center (Gran Via, Sol, P. Mayor, P. Santa Ana, Prado Museum). The room was very clean, the street was not noisy.

Cons:

A bit expensive in my opinion, but these are the prices today in Madrid

El tamaño de la cama.

Cons:

Las lámparas de lectura no se quedaban en su sitio porque estaban flojas, al igual que el espejo . Las baldosas del baño estaban rotas, también los zócalos, las cestas de residuos. La cama necesitaba un edredón y nos lo dejaron sin funda! Todo mediocre. No lo recomiendo para el precio que cobran. Los empleados bien, pero una sola persona en recepción y una atención muy lenta.

Pros:

Location excellent. Room was clean and adequate in size. Staff helpful. Coffee/tea available in room.

Cons:

The breakfast option was overly expensive at over Euro 20. Would have preferred a basic breakfast at a more economical rate.
