Il faut réfléchir à une autre solution pour assurer le dépôt de garantie. En effet, à notre arrivée, il peut être demandé de laisser les coordonnées de notre carte bancaire, y compris le code de sécurité à trois chiffres. Comme nous avons refusé, il nous a été proposé de laisser 100 € en espèces à la place. Il faudrait moderniser cette procédure.

Es un hotel habitual para las pasadas por Madrid por su ubicación y el estilo del hotel y la atención de su staff. En esta ocasión nos recibieron varias maletas grandes enviamos oor correo el día anterior con gran deferencia y sin costo, lo cual fue muy útil para nosotros.
