Pros:

L’emplacement près de plaza Cataluña

Cons:

Les chambres sont mal entretenues, pas de débit d’eau dans la salle de bain, quasiment impossible de se doucher , petit déjeuné très moyen

Bon séjour en général.
Pros:

Emplacement très proche de la place catalunya
Personnel accueillant et souriant

Cons:

Rapport qualité / prix un peu élevé, seul l’emplacement peut justifier ce tarif
Les finitions dans la salle de bain ne sont pas soignées et vieillissantes.
Les boissons dans le mini bar sont payantes, même si nous nous en sommes doutés, ce n’est pas affiché.

Perfect location, exceptional staff and a modern quiet room
Pros:

Absolutely perfect location and the room was completely quiet. The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they organised fantastic restaurants etc for us.

Pros:

Gostei muito da localização. O quarto também era muito confortável, com destaque especial para o chuveiro. O café da manhã também, super completo.

Cons:

O único ponto negativo foi ao final da estadia. Na manhã em que sai, por volta das 7h da manhã, acabei esquecendo uma garrafa de água, de alumínio, dentro do quarto. Senti falta dela poucos minutos depois. Entrei em contato com o hotel, informando exatamente onde a garrafa havia ficado, mas ela simplesmente desapareceu. Esse foi o único ponto desagradável.

Clean and quiet with a balcony bonus
Pros:

Most everything, but specifically 2 things stand out:
1. Upon arrival, the front desk staff woman was amazing! She stored our bags and was very helpful with directions to the train station the next morning. She went above and beyond to help us.
2. The balcony off our room was a great addition. It was lovely sitting out there, as the city view was nice.

Cons:

Only 2 things:
1.the second staff person who attended to us later in the day was not very helpful. We arrived 2 hours early to see if we could check in early. He said he would check and had us wait in the lobby for an answer for almost an hour, at which time we left to get lunch, returning at check-in time.
2. The AC in our room turned off in the middle of the night causing our room to heat up and get quite stuffy.

Perfect Location for sight seeing in Barcelona!
Pros:

The location of the Hotel was perfect, central to transportation, and activities. Many different restaurants right in the area, and the room had plenty of space for two people and our luggage. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in time, and the hotel helped us with a taxi when needed. Additionally, the breakfast options were great with many choices, and very delicious food. Everyone at the hotel was helpful, and kind.

Cons:

I liked everything about the hotel, and would stay there again. We had a power adaptor that had USB's in it, otherwise, can't say I saw any USB power in the room. We also struggled to find many TV channels for our language. I practiced my language translation skills with the captions.
