We had a wonderful time , kitchen facilities were a bonus.
Pros:

Location was fantastic for what we were in Brisbane for. An easy walk from sth Brisbane railway station and QPAC

Cons:

Step in out of bathroom was a bit tricky

Looks good on paper, falls short in reality
Pros:

The staff did their job. They fixed the dryer and arranged for me to move to the room I had originally booked. Initially, I was told they couldn’t guarantee the room type (extra large bed), but reception eventually managed to find one available. That said, none of this should have happened in the first place.

Cons:

The location is very noisy as it’s right next to train lines, and even on level 24 you can clearly hear them with the windows closed. The floor leading into the bathroom is uneven and I hurt my foot. The pillows are all hard and high, very uncomfortable. The kitchen is missing basics like a proper chopping knife. The internet is unreliable, constantly dropping in and out. Parking is also an extra $25.
The king bed is two twin beds together, and the are very bouncy.

Pros:

Convenient location with comfortable bed and amenities.
Kitchen was adequately equipped for meal preparation.
Lounge room was simple but comfortable.

Cons:

There were signs of wear and tear.. the fridge, the floors..
Still acceptable for my needs.

Overall good stay
Pros:

Good location, nice staff and great view from apartment

Cons:

Was not very clean, hairs on the bed and in shower, mouldy drain in bathroom and bathroom was smelly

NOT SAFE! Levels of chlorine in spa !!
Pros:

The apartment was alright

Cons:

Chlorine in the hotel spa bleached all our clothes, it caused major skin irritation as well. NOT SAFE. Who thought it was okay to add that much chemical ?

Pros:

Location, view and space in accommodation

Cons:

Room wasn't ready till hour after check in, minor maintenance issue like pain peeling, toilet roll holder damaged etc . No real mountain views paid extra , balcony extremely small

Pros:

Walking distance to venues I wished to attend . General store at the entrance that’s very handy . Pool ,sauna , spa and gym great very clean & maintained
Key fob for lift use and entering and leaving building
Quik response to emails and questions
River walk within 5min distance

Cons:

Wrong name displayed on building Brisbane casino towers
I had to phone make sure I was at the right building a few other people mentioned they were confused as well .
To access building you need to scan a key fob had to phone reception to let me in maybe people could be made aware of this so not confused how to enter reception.

Pros:

Staff were lovely. Location was perfect although a little sketchy after dark.

Cons:

The bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen in a motel. Absolutely filthy. The smell was a cross between cat pee and sewerage. The stains, dust and hair were disgusting. If I didn’t need to shower I wouldn’t have.
