Eine sehr gute Adresse! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Ein sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück, mit regionalen Spezialitäten! Einfach toll - mal was ganz anderes!
Praktisch: ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Sind schon zum 2. Mal hier gewesen - und kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Ich habe gar nichts auszusetzen!!

Erzgebirgische Gastfreundschaft und professioneller Service - viel besser geht’s nicht.
Pros:

Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr gastfreundliches Personal an allen Positionen, leckere Erzgebirgsküche im Restaurant. Super Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Erzgebirgstouren und Kurzbesuche.

Jederzeit gerne wieder
Pros:

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang, die Zimmer sehr schön und sehr sauber. Wir waren auf einem Familienfest und es war alles sehr gut. Das Essen hat super geschmeckt, die Gastlichkeit wirklich sehr gut. Das Frühstück am anderen Morgen sehr lecker, es war alles da was man sich so wünscht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr geeignet
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sauber. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Ein besonderes Highlight ist das Restaurant, was wirklich außergewöhnlich gutes Essen anbietet. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Schöner, kleiner Saunabereich.

Cons:

wir hatten die Zimmer 114,115, die direkt über der Küche bzw. zum Eingang der Küche liegen. Leider befinden sich auch dort die Mülltonnen. Es ging auch kein WLAN. Einige Zimmer der oberen Stockwerke sind nicht mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Zu dünne Wände, man konnte neben an den Fehrnseher hören. Die Dusche ist durch die Eckabtrennung und den sehr hohen Einstieg nicht gut.

4* leider nicht nachvollziehbar
Pros:

Zimmergröße in Ordnung, sauber, ruhig trotz Nähe zur Straße, bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Aus unserer Sicht lassen sich die 4 Sterne leider absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen des Spa-Bereiches gewählt, der dann kaputt war (schade, hätte man vllt. auf der Website ankündigen können) und für den man extra hätte zahlen müssen! Auch für den Parkplatz muss man on top zahlen. Kein kostenloses Wasser, kein Kaffee oder Tee auf dem Zimmer, dieses insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten zunächst ohne Frühstück gebucht und haben uns vor Ort dann doch dafür entschieden - für den frechen Preis von 20,50€ p.P. leider ziemlich enttäuschend, insb. wenn man sich vegetarisch ernährt. Leider auch von Seiten der Mitarbeitenden nicht einem 4* Service entsprechend - wir haben ein paar Informationen zum Handwerk vor Ort gesucht und wurden nicht wirklich dazu beraten. Insgesamt erschien also ein eher liebloser Eindruck, schade!
