Comfortable stay at affordable price.
Pros:

Location was convenient though there was a short walk to the station. Facilities and rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were generally good.

Pros:

The staff was the best part. One person at the reception desk (Saski) really went out if their way to help us arrange the sending if our luggage to our next destination. It sounds like an easy job but when you don't speak Japanese it becomes a challenge and Saski went above and beyond even calling the hotel to confirm that was were we had reserved!
Otherwise the hotel is efficient. Conveniently located. Nothing exciting about it but all good too.

Cons:

Felt like the room smelt of cigarette.

また泊まってもいいかな
Pros:

ツインルームで広さは十分、景色も駅前の大通りが俯瞰でき快適でした。スタッフは丁寧な対応で感じ良かったです。

Cons:

洗面台はデザインが素敵でしたが、水が溢れやすく落ち着かなかったかなー。

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Bien situé dans la rue commerçante, à cinq minutes à pied de la gare d'Aomori (attention, c'est celle des lignes locales, pas Shin-Aomori pour le shinkansen) et des principales attractions de la ville (Apsam, musée Neputa, mémorial ferry.) Bon accueil, avec un bon niveau d'anglais de la part des réceptionnistes auquel j'ai pu avoir à traiter.
La salle de bain était vraiment bien - beaucoup de place, et une cabine bain / douche assez pratique, bienvenue après les longues journées de marche !
Bonne variété de choix dans le buffet à volonté du petit déjeuner.
Machines à laver avec séchoir directement intégré, donc pas besoin de faire trop d'aller/retour en cas de machine.

Cons:

Les ascenseurs m'ont semblés très lents - beaucoup d'attente, et un arrêt systématique au second étage qui est assez frustrant.
Pas d'accès aux applications Internet de VOD pour la télévision, mais c'est un chipotage.

- We booked 2 deluxe rooms and preferred the rooms to be close together. Unfortunately, there is one 1 deluxe room on each floor.
