Un hotel fantástico para disfrutar de Aomori
Pros:

Nos encantó la estancia, igual que nos encantó Aomori. El hotel tiene una ubicación estupenda, muy cerca de la estación y del puerto, lo que resulta muy cómodo para moverse y visitar la ciudad. Las instalaciones son modernas, cómodas y están muy bien cuidadas. Además, el desayuno nos pareció fantástico, muy completo y de gran calidad. Sin duda, una opción que recomendaríamos para alojarse en Aomori.

Super nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, wunderbar großes und luxuriöses Badezimmer und ein ganz toller Haartrockner, der auch feines Haar sanft trocknet und nicht so heiß ist wie die meisten Haartrockner. Hotel mit klasse zentraler Lage und fantastischem Ausblick. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben, Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Pros:

1. 離車站相當近，走路約5分鐘就能抵達，隔壁就有一間lawson，我們也在這裡買到這十天中唯一看到的日清新品冷泡麵。附近還有一些小吃和餐廳，以及知名店家osanai干貝定食。吃飽走路回飯店很輕鬆。
2. 備品在飯店大廳自取，很特別的是有膠囊髮膜，還有深培跟淺培的濾掛咖啡包可以選擇。
3. 房間內部新穎，不過跟前兩間相比，房間內部稍微小了一點，可以攤開一個29吋行李箱，但如果帶到第2個，收納行李的動線就會有點卡卡。
4. 值得稱讚的是浴室，除了面盆跟馬桶在浴室外間，淋浴跟浴缸是分開的之外，浴缸還可以設定注水量，放滿指定的水量後就會關閉，不用時不時進去浴室監看。
5. 我們有使用到飯店的洗衣設備，洗烘一體，好笑的是因為網友們都說來青森的晚上很無聊可以洗衣服，所以洗衣間的每台洗衣機都有人使用……而且都是台灣人在洗，哈哈！
6. 櫃台人員的英文很流利，我們來青森有租車，但抵達飯店時已經車位滿了，我先上樓去飯店辦理入住，告知飯店人員這個狀況，飯店人員說已經跟停車場的人員確認好有車位，但實際上停車場人員仍表示沒辦法停，一來一往花了點時間，幸好附近就有很多停車場，收費也不貴，停1晚1100円。再次回到櫃台，櫃台人員表示歉意，並說能讓我們先「預定」第二天的停車場，先結清費用1000円，並給我們一張停車號碼，隔天返回飯店食給停車場人員看就行了。

Cons:

1. 雖然在停車溝通上有點不流暢，但至少順利解決問題。
2. 入住飯店的手續繁瑣，其他飯店都是只要卻認訂房者的資料就可以，但這間要每位房客的資料，隔天看其他人辦理入住也是這麼麻煩，花滿多時間在辦理入住。
3. 枕頭很扁，不知道還可以跟櫃台多拿，將就睡了兩晚。

Quality and comfort in the city center of Aomori
Pros:

What a wonderful surprise upon arrival to discover this amazing hotel. I think that it just opened so I'm happy that I found it for my group travels in northern Japan. The location was easy walk from the train station and accessible to much of the city center of Aomori. The staff was extremely helpful with checking in a group of 12 as well as holding our luggage until check in or after check out. We did not choose the breakfast option, but several of us went to the same restaurant for lunch and it was delightful.

Cons:

You can't change the way a building was built, but it's important to note that the reception is on the second floor accessible either by elevator or stairs. It's a slightly hidden entrance which is beneficial, but possibly confusing for the first time finding the door.

Comfortable well designed room with excellent bath. Excellent breakfast.
Pros:

A very comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Staff very approachable and helpful. The bathroom must be described as luxury, with separate wet room for shower and bath and the bath base lower than floor level so easy to get into and out of and shower with rain head and shower wand. The bath also has excellent slip resistance and a sturdy grab rail.

Cons:

Nothing at all.
