Lovely hotel with great views of the city
Pros:

Connected right next to a Lawson's which was accessible 24-7 without having to leave the hotel or go outside. Great location that is close to train station and easy to get to.

Cons:

Pillows could have been thicker to provide better neck support.

青森駅からすぐ、バス停も近く、ロケーション抜群。朝食が美味しい。当日アップグレードしてくれて、とても感謝しています。スタッフさんが皆さん親切です。アメニティのコーヒーが美味しい。近くに美味しい飲食店もたくさん。青森市に数ヶ月毎に来る用事があり、お気に入りのホテルです。

Cons:

ほとんど満足なのですが、枕が羽枕で、私は羽枕の羽にアレルギーがあるため、眼がかゆくなって、少し困りました。低反発の枕がありましたら、助かります。

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und den Bahnhof ohne Probleme zu Fuß. Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet. Das Personal sehr freundlich - ohne Probleme gab es ein 2. Kopfkissen.

Cons:

We got help from the front desk to arrange a vehicle for transport to our next ski resort, but there was no guarantee on the size of the vehicle (not really the staff's fault) but it would have been better if we were able to book a large vehicle for sure

また泊まってみたいです！
Pros:

ロケーションが良く、施設自体が新しいです。バスタブとトイレが別々になっているのが大変快適です。アメニティも充実していてコスパかなりいいかと。

Cons:

壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の音漏れが若干気になります。
