Ao chegar fui muito bem atendido. Por disponibilizar de quarto mais próximo da piscina do hotel fizeram um upgrade para um quarto melhor e mais espaçoso

Apesar desses contratempos foi boa.
Cons:

Da limpeza da área do café da manhã (aquela junto a praia). Isso no café da manhã. Muita areia, folhas, que deveria estar limpo, pois as pessoas ficavam naquele ambiente sujo. Hospedamos lá por mais de 8 vezes e nunca esteve assim. Poucos funcionários para atender a grande demanda.

Um lugar perfeito para famílias, especialmente com crianças, onde descanso, natureza e cuidado andam juntos.
Pros:

Perfeito! Quero voltar! O hotel é incrível para quem viaja com crianças. As tias da recreação são extremamente atenciosas, carinhosas e sempre em contato com os pais, o que traz muita segurança. A estrutura é ótima e o contato com a natureza faz toda a diferença — um ambiente leve, tranquilo e ideal para família.
