Worst experience Hotels.com and Athithi residency!
Pros:

The booking was done for Rs.620 per room per night for 2 adults. When I reached the hotel, they did not accept the booking. They said the rate is Rs.1500 per room; the recepetionist was not even ready to see the booking and not ready to share the property owner's contact number. She said she has informed about the revised tariff, but the online booking sites have not updated it. She simply turned a blind eye for whatever I said to her. Worst experience! I had to find another hotel at a higher price. How Hotels.com is going to compensate me? I tried calling the hotels.com number from which I received call for check-in, the call was not connecting.
