aurais besoin d entretien.

Pros:

清潔で広くゆったりした部屋は良かった。
通り（夜間は車どおりが少なく静か）に面しており、車を部屋の前につけられることから車で来る人向けで客層はタイ人の若者同士やカップルが殆どであった。
タイの建物全般に言えることだが、床・壁が薄い為、上階や隣室からの声が聞こえるのはちょっといただけない。（話し声は良いが夜の営みはご勘弁…）
