Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement. C'est près de plusieurs restaurants, d'un familymart, d'un bureau de postes et encore plus. Aussi, j'apprécie la laveuse dans chaque chambre.

We liked how close the hotel was easy walking distance to the bus stop, to the imperial palace grounds, and to the river.

Cons:

The rooms were very tiny, so it was hard to hang out or eat breakfast in the room as a family.

Very clean, great price and very very convenient location
When returning home to hotel the bus stop is right out the front of the hotel.

Cons:

Air conditioner needs a service as it makes a constant banging noise (from vibration) when on heat mode
