Pros:

The room was quite spacious, and there were many nice amenities included directly in the room. All essentials were also provided.

Cons:

The only nit-picks I have are that the bed could be more comfortable for me personally and the two pillows that could be softer. Also the sheets were quite loud.

Pros:

２回目の利用。このホテルはかなり良いですが、大通りに面しているので、深夜でも車の音がうるさいのがネックだったのですかわ、今回は客室が1階で、窓が大通りの逆向きでした。結果、とても静かで更に良かったです。

Pros:

浴室にテレビがあったことがよかった。

Cons:

生活型ホテルなので生活臭が残りやすい。あとは浴室に椅子が欲しい。

Great accommodation with friendly staff. Just slightly out of area
Pros:

Spacious, clean and washer / drying room was really handy.

Cons:

Location of property was okay but had to travel by bus everywhere. Finding smoking spots was hard but we found one not to far at a tobacco store

便利な立地で機能的なステイ
Pros:

京都大学に用事があったのでとても便利な立地でした。キッチンや独立バスルームはとてもありがたく、部屋も清潔で備品も過不足なく、スタッフの方もとても感じの良い対応でした。宿泊費が高騰する中でこの価格帯でとても満足のいくステイができて感謝です。

Cons:

口コミにもありましたが通りに面した一階のお部屋だったため、深夜の車の音はかなりうるさかったです。普段から幹線道路沿いの2階に住んでいるので交通音には慣れているのですが、今時あまり聞かないような物凄い音のバイクなどが時折通ります。
コンビニがやや遠いので雨の日などはウーバーなどがよいかもしれません。付近にたくさん素敵な飲食店がありますが朝の時間帯はどこもあいていないので前日にスーパーなどで買って用意しておくのがベターです。
