Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten, Parkplatz für Pkw, ausreichende Information über Umgebung/Essen, etc.
Personal gibt sich Mühe, Check in und Check out ohne Probleme, schnell und zügig. Hotelzimmer sauber, sind für ein paar Tage völlig okay.

Cons:

Qualität des Frühstücks hat nachgelassen. Brot auf Nachfrage, Filterkaffee auf Nachfrage, Automatenkaffee nach Befüllung durch Personal, in einem Teil des Frühstücksraumes ging das Licht öfter aus und an. Eigentlich war alles da, um ein wie auch immer gestaltetes Frühstück zu essen... aber das man nach Brot fragen muss.....

Pros:

My stay at the Trend Hotel was very nice. I most appreciated the friendly staff and the very good breakfast. The location is fine, but it takes some time to get downtown; with a car, it's no problem. Almost always a sufficient number of parking places. The interior is just sufficient but comfortable and clean. I think good price/value ratio.

No specific complains ;-)

Pros:

Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplätze beim Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Haus wird gerne von Montagefirmen gebucht. Die Monteure sitzen bereits um 5 Uhr vor dem Frühstücksraum auf der Terrasse und unterhalten sie lautstark, dass man kein Auge mehr zu machen kann. Um 5:30 kommt das Personal und macht dann zusätzlich Lärm.
