Pros:

The hotel was great, walkable distance from from many temples and Khao San Road etc. The staff were all incedibly friendly and helpful! The only down side was the actual street the hotel is located on.

The room is very comfortable but the lobby and public areas are very hot with no AC. The area around the hotel has homeless people and no convenient shops.

Great location within walking distance to the Grand Palace, Khaosan Road and Wat Phra Chetuphon.
As stated in other reviews, the neighborhood in the surrounding block is not the best, however it never felt unsafe. The entrance to the hotel is also a little odd as it is from an alley (causing confusion for taxi drivers) and you enter through the garage. However, once inside, the hotel is very nice. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and nice rooms and excellent breakfast.

Horrible neighborhood, unsafe, place didn’t look like photos. Entrance is through parking garage. Bathrooms smelled. No view as advertised other than an overgrown alley.

This hotels pictures and ratings did not align with the experience. We chose it to be close to grand palace hit after walking out in the evening the first night and observing drivers, homeless and a woman peeing on the street we decided not to walk and take cabs from the hotel. Would’ve been better off choosing a nicer place further away. The neighborhood was very uncomfortable. The photos on hotels.con are very deceiving — the place is rundown, small, and the bathroom smelled bad as it picked up fumes from trash collection next door. The lobby is very run down with a makeshift table set up for check in. The “city view” advertised was a window into an overgrown lot outside a window full of pigeon poop. Would not recommend to anyone.

Proximité de l'hôtel très sale
Pros:

Chambre confortable, calme et propre. Petit déjeuner très copieux et savoureux. La petite piscine de l'hôtel est très appreciable après une journée de balade. Des vélos sont mis à disposition gratuitement, mais il faut avoir le courage d'aller pédaler dans le flux de circulation très dense.
Hôtel bien situé à proximité des sites les plus importants à visiter à pied.
Seul bémol, la proximité de l'hôtel est vraiment très très sale, avec des poubelles à même la rue et de très mauvaise odeurs. C'est vraiment bien dommage pour l'image de l'hôtel.

God beliggenhed i "old town"
Pros:

Dejligt hotel - gammel byggestil og kun 5 etager højt. Ligger i "old town", og i området er der en del hjemløse, men de generer ingen. I gåafstand til mange forskellige ting, og gode "street kitchen" i nærheden.

호텔 자체는 그 가격에 아주 좋습니다. 수영장 있고 조식 주고 객실 시설도 괜찮고 깔끔하게 관리도 잘 해줍니다.
다만 우리가 사용했던 객실은 수영장 옆이었는데 모터소리인지 배수로 소리인지 마치 폭포 밑에서 자는 것 같이 소음에 시달렸어요. 그 방은 객실로 쓰면 안될것 같은데.
다른 객실들은 괜찮겠죠.
다른 후기에서 지적했듯 호텔 주변 환경이 너무 안좋다보니 좀 그렇지만 그 덕에 호텔비가 저렴한 것일겁니다.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Dachterrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Wat Po und Kaosan Road sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Würde jederzeit wieder gerne buchen.

Very helpfull staff. Excellent breakfast with real coffee. Quiet location near tourist attractions but a bit difficult to find occidental restaurants nearby. Too few chairs around the pool but great terasse on the roof. Overall a very great stay.
