I walked into the place only to take dinner. I mean, all I wanted was to fill my tummy but I was amazed with the taste of the fried yam with spicy goat. Damn!! Food was good. Thank you Nana Achiaa for the referral.

The staff are really nice and the place is very neat but the price of extras needs to be communicated before delivering to avoid surprises at the time of payment.

Nice hotel with great staff, bar at the top of the building is advantage, be prepared that some CCs may be not accepted so cash is recommended. Internet access in all rooms. All rooms equiped with kettle and some snacks every day. Recommended

The hotel has all the basic requirements of a hotel. Nice room, friendly staff, and good food. They however need to keep the pool clean. It is quite close to the Kumasi Mall and the Airport, and it is located in a very safe place. I recommend it for anyone making a short trip to Kumasi

This cozy place is just as beautiful as the pictures show you. I spent a night here and will definitely be back. My room was lovely, sleeping on the bed felt like being on CLOUD 9 and the professionalism of your stuff, especially Baffour, is TOP notch. Keep it up.

Very cute hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. The hotel is very nicely decorated with elegant decor. The staff were highly attentive, even remembering how I like my coffee at breakfast. I will come back on my next trip. Thank you!

Stayed here for about a week in February 2025. The hotel is walkable to the Kumasi City Mall, but not to many other establishments. As a result, I took all my meals in the hotel restaurant. Menu was limited, but generally good. Breakfast was usually to-order--a nice selection--but they had a buffet when they had a lot of guests (which was n't the case most days).

Biggest plus was the staff: I found them all to be extremely friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the cleaners to the waitstaff to the guards.

Biggest minus was probably the gym: Both treadmills were broken, so the only cardio equipment was a basic stationary bike.

Rooms were well-appointed and clean; I even had a balcony.

There is a nice rooftop bar, but it doesn't seem to be in operation. It is a nice place to sit to get some air.

Wifi had a few issues when I was there, but staff worked hard to fix the issues as they arose. When it was up, it was fast. You lose connection when the generator kicks in/out, but it comes back in a few minutes.

I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kumasi!

The coziest and coolest Ghanaian owned hotel. The services and everything was on point. The best I've seen in Ghana. Keep it up. From arrival to departure, you are treated like a King. As a lecturer in hospitality I found their services exemplary.

The staff and manager were very welcoming and friendly. The room was warm and cozy. The free breakfast was more than adequate, it was more like a brunch with breakfast food, and lunch food. It is conveniently close to the mall. It is since we located to the museums. And last lease, but it is more than affordable. Great value for your money..

We had a great and relaxing stay at Frederick's Lodge. Thank you Kofi, Chris and the entire staff! Everyone was attentive to our needs, helpful and so very pleasant. Our room, bed and bath were comfortable and spacious. The a/c worked well. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a nice variety every day --A+ for sure; best morning buffet we have experienced at a hotel-- the puff puff's were to die for : ) I can't forget the rooftop lounging area that has nice views of Kumasi and was a great place to start or end the day. We'd definitely lodge at Frederick's again!
