Pros:

Overall this was a great experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, nothing seemed too much. The hotel itself was very clean and has a luxury atmosphere, which made it very good for the price we paid.

The only issue we had was that the fridge in our room didn’t work. But this was not a huge issue for us as we were out exploring most of the day.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Train street and only about a 15 minute walk to the old quarter.

Pros:

On a super bien été accueilli avec un petit cocktail. Je me souviendrais toujours lorsque l’hôtesse d’accueil nous a parlé en français, elle était super sympa.
Le train street est juste en bas de l’hôtel du coup le 1er soir on a pu voir, c’était super. Si vous voulez aller marcher le soir il y a pas mal de choses à voir autour de l’hôtel. On y a passé un agréable séjour.

Servicen her er i tip top! Virkelig god service, sødt personale. Virkelig god morgenmad. Og rigtig god placering. Nemt at komme til alt på gå ben. De var så søde at de gav os nogle håndsyet lykke kyllinge bamser med hjem som farvel gave. Sødeste mennesker

Værelset har lidt “Dracula” over sig, hvilket måske ikke er for alle, men ellers var det fint.

Love the location room set up and breakfast varities. The Front Office Manager, Ms Huy service was the best. She assisted to make dinner booking at Choa Ban Michelin Restaurant

one noon i came back to hotel and waited for my friends at hotel lobby. Weather ws hot. seeing me seated alone. Ms Huy came over and gave a welcome drink with her pretty smile to quench my thirst. Thank you very much.
