Scallops in restaurant a bit disappointing but fully refunded which was appreciated
Schönes großes und komfortables Zimmer. Wir kamen spät an und wurden freundlich empfangen, bekamen dann noch einen Gutschein für die Skybar. Das war wunderbar dort oben bei bester Aussicht was zu trinken. Und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Fantastic location, great good restaurants and train street. Super helpful staff. The hotel manager Trinh Huę in particular was amazing. The room had a beautiful ambience to it and the included breakfast on the top floor with views was fabulous.

The hotel itself is beautiful with a great location. The staff made the stay perfect! Extremely helpful, spoke English well and provided top service.
My husband didn’t like the coffee served at breakfast and the rooms were a bit dark so hard to read at night.
It was quaint & beautiful & the staff were lovely.
There were quite a few hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. They possibly got caught under the bathroom door.
