Amazing Family staty

It was an incredible experience.. we stayed here for 3+1 nights.. checked out after 3 days for an overnight stay at Halong bay and they were accommodating enough to store our luggage there, which helped us to travel light to Halong.. over all amazing experience with great hospitality, more than perfect service and very accomodations staff.. would definitely recommend..

Great experience and fantastic service at La Sinfonia Hanoi
Pros:

We had a great experience, the service, hospitality was really amazing. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Hue the manager was amazing, Trang, Duy, Rachel, Lan were just amazingly helpful and very courteous, they helped us with a shower to freshen up both while checking in and out, with the local information and lots more. We look forward to coming back soon

Great Hotel
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful would definatley recommend staff are very friendly and attentive.
Only stayed for one night wish I could have stayed longer !
The roof bar has nice views worth a visit.

Pros:

Lovely hotel had a great stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The roof top bar is worth a visit! Bed was really comfy and the room was very clean and well decorated !

Beautiful hotel with in Hanoi

Beautiful hotel, well designed comfortable room, clean sheets, welcome fruits, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and reasonable price. I was so happy being here.
I forgot my ipad during Ha Long Bay Tour on the bas, the reception staff immediately called the driver and managed to have it ship to the hotel right away, also upon leaving, the driver wasn't there then again the reception staff called the travel agency and contacted driver right away. Thank you very much to take care of me.
Now I know why this hotel get the best of best on TripAdvisor. I hope to come back in the future and recommend this hotel to anybody considering.
