Beautiful and peaceful!
Pros:

Fantastic location, great good restaurants and train street. Super helpful staff. The hotel manager Trinh Huę in particular was amazing. The room had a beautiful ambience to it and the included breakfast on the top floor with views was fabulous.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff.
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful with a great location. The staff made the stay perfect! Extremely helpful, spoke English well and provided top service.

Cons:

My husband didn’t like the coffee served at breakfast and the rooms were a bit dark so hard to read at night.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la atención y amabilidad del personal, en especial Linh. Nos cuidó mucho y nos atendió todas las peticiones de forma rápida y eficaz. Trato excepcional. Habitación y cama cómodas, desayuno muy bueno y variado. Muy céntrico, cerca de varias atracciones turísticas. Lo recomiendo 100%. Nuestra estancia fue excepcional.

Room was too dark, there is a window connecting to the inside of the hotel not the outside, but maybe other room have window, you can ask for it if this is an issue.
