Location just a few minutes walk from JR station was very convenient. The single room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in on my trips to Japan. I couldn't even leave my luggage open. The twin room would be really tight for two people. Otherwise the room has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable. There are microwaves on three floors and an ice machine and coin operated washing machines and dryer on 3F. Wifi is good. TV is only Japanese channels. Housekeeping is only every third day but you get fresh towels daily. Plenty of hot water for taking a bath. Staff were fine.
