Cons:

Mixed feelings because some of the staff are warm but I feel some are quite standoff ish. I also find many males (idk staff or not) sitting on the outside of the hotel at night slightly uncomfortable.

I stayed on the 2nd floor but have stayed on the lower ground as well, both times I can hear people walking, talking and the noise when employees are cleaning in the morning. Definitely not sound proof

I also had some trouble with my TV and volume and wouldn’t say my stay was perfect. The staff helped but I had to call them back a few times which was a disruption to the stay. I think it’s a shame since the room itself is very nice.

Despite that the room is great, and the location is also good for those not familiar with Canggu to start with as it’s very close to lots of food, marts and necessities.

Cons:

I got the one with the balcony, which was right next to the next room’s balcony. This made the noises from next door to seep into my room, which was a bummer that I got a neighbor who decided to move the balcony chairs at 6am😅. Other than that, it was wonderful

Beautiful accommodation and staff were exceptional.
Pros:

Room was large and spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were exceptional throughout our stay.

Cons:

Unclear what our inclusive package included before arrival. We had 3 meals a day and a drink at each meal included. (note. no alcohol served at restaurant)

Comfortable enough for us but for the amount we paid and what we got, we wouldn’t return here.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was very clean and well looked after, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect – close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Cons:

화장실 … 위 아래층 소음과 개미 너무 많아요. 방으로 들어올까 불안 ㅜ ㅜ 바닥 침구 이런건 정말 깨끗한데 무료 제공 물병 입구에 물때 잔뜩이라 마실 수 없어요 ㅜ ㅜ

I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone because the hygiene is really bad.
Pros:

Nothing. The place has dirty sheets and blood stains even after I told the staff. Nothing was done.

Very Disappointing
Cons:

Stains on the walls. The towels given look like they were falling apart. Spiderwebs on the ceiling. Have to keep the curtains closed so the workers next door can't look inside. Can hear guests below doing anything and everything. Stains on the bathroom floor. Shower head didn't function correctly. Food is sub-par at the most. Definitely not worth it for the price displayed. Would not recommend.
