Comfortable enough for us but for the amount we paid and what we got, we wouldn’t return here.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was very clean and well looked after, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect – close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Cons:

화장실 … 위 아래층 소음과 개미 너무 많아요. 방으로 들어올까 불안 ㅜ ㅜ 바닥 침구 이런건 정말 깨끗한데 무료 제공 물병 입구에 물때 잔뜩이라 마실 수 없어요 ㅜ ㅜ

I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone because the hygiene is really bad.
Pros:

Nothing. The place has dirty sheets and blood stains even after I told the staff. Nothing was done.

Very Disappointing
Cons:

Stains on the walls. The towels given look like they were falling apart. Spiderwebs on the ceiling. Have to keep the curtains closed so the workers next door can't look inside. Can hear guests below doing anything and everything. Stains on the bathroom floor. Shower head didn't function correctly. Food is sub-par at the most. Definitely not worth it for the price displayed. Would not recommend.

Clean and quite place to stay in Canggu
Pros:

It wa sa blast! The room is clean. Saip (one of the staff) was a very accomodating and made us the best breakfast in the area. 9/10 would recommend.

Comfort, Convenience, and Genuine Care
Pros:

The location is incredibly convenient, with a pharmacy and ATM nearby, a convenience store right next door, a small spot where you can easily buy a SIM card, and plenty of options for coffee, restaurants, laundry services, and shopping within walking distance.

The hotel features a beautiful swimming pool that is always spotless, as well as a gym that’s perfect for low-impact workouts—ideal for staying active while on holiday.

The rooms are very cozy, quiet, and well maintained, offering a peaceful environment for rest. They also provide complimentary water, tea, coffee, and thoughtful bathroom amenities. The smart TV is a great touch, making it easy to relax and enjoy your favorite shows before bedtime.

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, from the rooms to the common areas, which truly added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the location, facilities, and level of service.

And last, but truly the highlight of our stay: the staff.

The level of attention and service was exceptional. Satria, Puspa, Eunike, and Deny, thank you so much for your genuine kindness and constant support. You always went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of.

At the restaurant, they consistently made sure we were happy with our meals. Not only was the food delicious, but the drinks were equally enjoyable and beautifully presented, with a nice ambience and peaceful music.

We truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, and that made all the difference. Once again, thank you to all the staff at Kemilau.

Perfect stay in canggu
Pros:

The hotel blended comfort, calmness, and Canggu’s easygoing vibe perfectly. The room was thoughtfully designed—bright, clean, and spacious, with a cozy bed that made it hard to get up in the mornings. I especially loved waking up to the soft natural light and stepping out to a peaceful pool view and he staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Every request was handled with genuine care, and they always greeted with a smile, which made the stay feel even more welcoming.
