Had a lovedly stay, but it could have been better.
Pros:

I liked several things. First, the location was across the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Second, the breakfast was superb with fresh pastries and plenty of options. Last, the staff was very kind and attentive to our needs.

Cons:

The bed was sagging in the middle. Despite many attempts to fix the problem with toppers, it continued being saggy. I wonder if my room was the only one with that problem. I believe the hotel should purchase new beds and guarantee the comfort to all guest since it is a five star hotel.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great ocean view room & fabulous location. Great breakfast, gorgeous pool

Cons:

The magic lounge service was really slow every evening we were up there, that was disappointing

Great hotel choice. Fantastic location
Pros:

Modern hotel on My Khe beach with excellent facilities.
Rooms are large and very clean with good facilities. We had an ocean view which was a great bonus.
Slight noise issue from outside /beach club and traffic despite being on a high floor but it finished by around midnight. Soundproofing could be improved but some earplugs solved the problem. Minor gripe
Everything else about this hotel was excellent from the breakfast/coffee selection with superb service to the wonderful rooftop pool and terrace.
Staff throughout the hotel were professional, friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and no request was too much trouble.
I would return to this hotel again.

Utmärkt strandnära hotell
Pros:

Förstklassigt hotell med den fantastiska stranden endast på andra sidan gatan utanför hotellet. Personalen är supertrevlig och mycket ”serviceminded”. Toppklass både på poolen och restaurangen på översta våningen. Frukostbuffén också mycket bra och välorganiserad. Jag hade ett mycket rymligt rum på våning 21 som var superbra med utsikt över staden. Nästa gång jag kommer till Đã Nâng kommer jag definitivt att välja detta hotell.

Pros:

-Staff were incredible. Super polite and helpful at all times. A credit to the hotel.
- Fantastic breakfast.
- excellent location with beach across the road and lots of cafes, shops, restaurants behind the hotel.
- Good playroom for kids and swimming pool.

Cons:

- The noise from the street. Luckily we were moved to a higher floor, but we could still hear beeping from the street. The hotel provide ear plugs which help, but for light sleepers I would recommend a city view or a higher floor.

Good family hotel
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the TMS hotel. We watched the beautiful sunrise from our balcony everyday. Staff was friendly, daily laundry service was a good perk, and breakfast was good. Location of hotel was also excellent.

Wonderful location across from the beach, lovely and spacious rooms. Staff was outstanding - welcoming, helpful, professional. Was greeted upon arrival with orchid lei, cool towel and lemon/lychee drink. Will return.

The senior suite was luxurious and spacious and so clean and wonderful. The cleanliness and professionalism is unmatched. Mrs. Thuy Tran and Mrs. Tien are so accommodating and caring.
Very excited to come back and stay again

More options similar to breakfast buffet offered into the evening like the different types of Vietnamese soups
