Comfortable aparthotel for a short stay in Punta Arenas - helpful staff
Pros:

Nice little aparthotel, with each unit being a small apartment. Ours included a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The staff is excellent - very friendly and helpful. We checked in nearly at midnight after a long drive from Puerto Natales, and the staff was there. The kitchen fridge is stocked with eggs, and a tray of sliced ham, cheese, and bread for your breakfast. Snacks are on the kitchen table. The stove is a small 2 hot plate stove, but it works fine to cook up eggs. Shower was excellent. We were perfectly fine and comfy here. The hotel lobby is comfy too, with men's/women's bathrooms on lobby level.

Cons:

In an excess of caution perhaps (because Punta Arenas was getting cold), the unit was pretty warm inside, so we had to turn off the electric radiators and open the window. But we weren't in the apt other than sleeping, as we were out during the day.

Muito conforto perto do centro
Pros:

Bem localizado, serviu exatamente para o que precisávamos. Acesso fácil a restaurantes e a transporte. Um apartamentinho bem charmoso. Ponto mil para a recepção.

Ideal place to stay.
Pros:

The location is very good, it is clean. We got a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was good to have in the room. The staff were very friendly and tried to help as much as they could.

Cons:

We asked for a taxi in the morning but it didn’t arrive. We took an Uber instead which anyway is the best option. In the end it turned out for the best but not as suggested.

Pros:

It was clean and welcoming. The staff was amazing. I had multiple unexpected extensions of my stay and they were willing to accommodate adding nights at the last minute. Then on my return they recognized my coworker and I and asked how the trip went.
