Ideal place to stay.
Pros:

The location is very good, it is clean. We got a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was good to have in the room. The staff were very friendly and tried to help as much as they could.

Cons:

We asked for a taxi in the morning but it didn’t arrive. We took an Uber instead which anyway is the best option. In the end it turned out for the best but not as suggested.

Pros:

It was clean and welcoming. The staff was amazing. I had multiple unexpected extensions of my stay and they were willing to accommodate adding nights at the last minute. Then on my return they recognized my coworker and I and asked how the trip went.

Ideal para estar el tiempo que quieras en Punta Arenas
Pros:

Es super cómodo y limpio. El desayuno está bien y lo haces tu en el pequeño apartamento y también tienes té y café para el resto del día. El personal es muy amable y nos dejaron estar en la habitación para un late check out sin cobrar. Está bien situado a una cuadra de la plaza y cerca de la zona de restaurantes.

Highly recommend for an unpretentious stay in Punta Arenas.
Pros:

Very nice, clean appartement, with everything you need. Comfortable beds, spacious, centrally located. Very helpful staff. Everything you needed for breakfast provided in the fridge the day before. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by.

Cons:

When we stayed it was very warm inside, with dry air, and little windows did not help to brig. Lots of fresh air. But this didn't disturb us for 2 nights.

Pros:

The location is convenient. The breakfast is placed in the fridge which gives great flexibilty for trips. Also there are not alot of breakfast options in the town before 10am. The room was clean and modern.

Cons:

I suggest adding fruit or ceral to the breakfast. This was not a big issue as there are lots of supermarkets within walking distance.
