Pros:

Hotel super sauber. Mitarbeiter alle freundlich. Zimmer komfortabel und großzügig. Super Anbindung zum Europapark.

Cons:

Das Bettzeug muss ein kunstmischgewebe sein. Lädt sehr zum schwitzen ein. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut, selbst auf geringster Stufe. Kein Bacon beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Es wurde bei der Buchung extra die Option 2 einzelbetten angegeben. Beim Check In wurde keinerlei Info vom Personal mitgeteilt, dass angeblich keine Einzelbetten mehr verfügbar wären. Nur auf expliziter Nachfrage ob das Zimmer 2 Einzelbetten hatte kam die Antwort:Nein wir sind komplett ausgebucht.

Um 18:30 Uhr wurde eingecheckt
Um 18:45 Uhr waren selbst auf Booking weiterhin Einzelbetten Zimmer verfügbar
20:00 Uhr war die Meldung, es gäbe nur noch ein Zimmer dieser Kategorie zur Verfügung

Sofern man keine Lust auf seine Arbeit hat, sollte der Mitarbeiter über einen Jobwechsel nachdenken.
Belügen der Kunden gehört zum größten Vertrauensbruch und sorgt dafür, dass dies Unser letzter Besuch war.
Wir waren bereits gesammt mit über 40 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Diese Aktion war Maßlos

Hinzu kommt, (dafür kann der Mitarbeiter nichts) die Duscharmatur ließ sich nicht in der Wärme verstellen, wodurch immer sehr heißes Wasser kam.

цена/качество, супер удобная кровать и подушки, в номере очень чисто, до europa-park 8 мин на машине, рядом заправка с обычными ценами на топливо

Cons:

не было холодильника в номере, завтрак скудный, но учитывая цену, можно закрыть на это глаза

Breakfast had excellent variety of different foods available. Location was ideal just a short bus ride from Europa Park for the purpose of our visit.

Emplacement parfait à 5 min d’Europapark et Rulantica. Propre :)

Cons:

Petit déjeuner simple mais surtout à partir de 9h plus rien et on est resté au moins 25 min et rien de plus. Parking payant 10€ par jour alors qu’il y à beaucoup de places dommage….

Nice room and breakfast. As you would expect from Holiday Inn or similar. Is close to Europa Park.

Cons:

They want 10 EUR per night for parking. Just nickel and dime behavior that's not listed when booking.
