Sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, aber das Frühstück war enttäuschend, mit wenig Auswahl, gegen 10 Uhr fast
Pros:

Das Hotel war insgesamt sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage sehr zentral und Nähe Autobahn.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück eher enttäuschend – die Auswahl war sehr gering und gegen 10 Uhr war fast nichts mehr vorhanden. Auch die Eier waren nicht besonders gut, und klassische Optionen wie frische Spiegeleier haben gefehlt. Insgesamt okay, aber beim Frühstück ist definitiv Luft nach oben.

Super stay, friendly & helpful staff
Pros:

We loved the room, the breakfast, the staff & the location.
Loved that water & ice were available.
Loved it was near garage, shop & food.

Cons:

Struggled to get back from Rulantica at closing time to hotel on bus, no taxi or Uber. The last bus driver, very kindly dropped us outside hotel.
Needs better mobility access/pavement for pedestrians in car park & road outside hotel
Needed more menu choices.

Angenehme und erholsame Übernachtung.
Pros:

Ruhige und saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

recht schmale Betten, Getränkeautomaten beim Frühstück sorgen für kleinere Staus, einfache Getränke wie schwarzer Kaffee bzw. Säfte könnten auch einfach aus Kannen bzw. Thermoskannen entnommen werden und die Situation deutlich entspannen.

Brilliant hotel, perfect location for Europa Park.
Pros:

Fabulous location for visiting Europa Park. Bus stop outside front of hotel, regular buses. Staff wonderful, hotel clean and facilities excellent. Breakfast included was high standard. Honestly, l could not fault it.

Cons:

Nothing, it was all great.

Pros:

Good location, not to far from europa park.

Cons:

We didn’t get an extra bed for 7 years old child as it was written in the booking.com. They only have a baby bed.

Pros:

Confort de la chambre , staff accueillant, petit dej, emplacement.
J’ai oublié le chargeur de mon Apple Watch. J’ai contacté l’établissement via l’application Booking pour savoir s’ils l’avaient trouvé. Ils m’ont tout de suite répondu que oui et que je pouvais passer le récupérer.
