Disappointing!
Pros:

Location is a plus.
In my opinion, the service from staff is the only reason why this property still has guests staying here, although the hotel management needs to invest alittle more in training (customer service). Communication is lacking at times.

Cons:

We stayed here 2 years ago and there's a big difference in facilities and services.
The rooms are in desperate need of maintenance. There's a lot of dust collected in certain places (eg: window area).
Even after staff clean and mop the rooms, there is still an unbearable smell.
No wifi during our stay.

Disappointed
Pros:

The location is one the reasons why we chose this hotel.
We had stayed here 2 yrs ago and were quite happy with the service.
This time was different - staff are helpful but might do better with a little more training on housekeeping.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean. Every time they cleaned the room, it would stink like it was wiped with an overused damp cloth - not pleasant.
Some furniture needs to be replaced or maintained.
Some staff looked overworked.
