great value for money
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. I would especially highlight the secure parking, which is a great advantage for guests traveling by car. The check-in process was quick and easy, without any unnecessary waiting.

The staff is friendly and ready to help, which adds to the overall positive experience. The apartment is comfortable ahd providing everything needed for a one night stay.

Cons:

The apartment has tiled floors, which I personally didn’t find very comfortable. Also, although there was a coffee machine available, there were no capsules provided, so it couldn’t be used. A few tea bags and some coffee sachets would have been a nice touch.

Overall, it’s still a great choice for accommodation, and I would gladly return again.

nice apartment, not so nice area
Pros:

very spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, public parking lot in front of the hotel. Friendly staff. Easy to get into the city centre by public transportation

Cons:

I found the area a bit spooky, strange individuals were hanging around. The furniture in the apartment was too ugly so I did not feel very comfortable staying in the apartment.

It was 1 night so it wasn't too bad.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, to my knowledge. The room was properly cleaned as well. The check-in process was fast, and the receptionist was friendly throughout. The receptionists are on site 24/7. So you'll be well covered if you need anything.

Cons:

My room was in the back of the building, so the view I had from the balcony was into other people's rooms. But that wasn't too bad.

The only thing I did not like was the receptionist's questioning. They are available 24/7, so the receptionist who checked me in ended his shift later in the day. I had to explain to all subsequent receptionists who I am and in which room I am staying. Every time I came back to the hotel, there was a new receptionist, so before going to my room, I had to stop and explain.

The first receptionist told me I needed to give them the room keys every time I went out because they "didn't want the keys to be lost". I clearly told him that I will not be doing that.

If they stop interrogating their guests every time they walk in, this is a good place to stay.

One other thing - the walls are quite thin. The whole night, I could hear someone coughing in the room next door.
