Ein sehr schönes Hotel zum weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war nahe an "Perfekt". Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Innenpool sehr groß und gemütlich. Die Sauna sehr, sehr gut. Wenn dann auch noch der Außenpool fertig ist, dann gibt es gar nichts mehr zu meckern.

Cons:

Die derzeitige Baustelle am Außenpool. Aber! Das war vor der Buchung auf der Internetseite angekündigt. Sie hat eigentlich auch nur optisch auf der Bar-Terrasse gestört. Ansonsten gingen die Bauarbeiten sehr ruhig voran.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, nur halt unser gebuchtes Zimmer nicht. Über das Zimmer und vor allem dem Balkon war ich sehr

Das Hotel ist klasse, relativ neu und sehr modern, die Bar sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück enthält alles, was man sich wünscht und das Essen im Restaurant ein Traum. Es liegt direkt am Bodensee. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Unser gebuchtes Zimmer, war gegenüber dem Haupthaus, was grundsätzlich ok ist. Die Zimmer dort sind nicht neu. Es hatte nicht mal einen kleinen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage. Der Balkon war ein Witz. Hier standen 2 Stühle, mehr ging auch nicht wegen der Größe. Und Ausblick war auch nicht gerade attraktiv.

Ebenso der Spa Bereich und die nähe zum Bodensee

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat geklucksert und war relativ laut. Man konnte sie nicht regulieren. Unter dem Dach musste sie aufgrund der Hitze jedoch nachts anbleiben.

Camera enorme (mi hanno chiesto se volevo un piccolo upgrade rispetto alla camera prenotata che ho accettato), la struttura e la camera in particolare erano nuovissime.
Colazione ottima e variegata

Cane ammesso senza problemi ma non può accedere a colazione e ristorante.

Wellnessbereich und Frühstück außergewöhnlich, wir kommen definitiv wieder

Wellnesshotel mit unfassbar tollem Saunabereich. Großzügiges Schwimmbad. Ein Frühstück, was keine Wünsche offen lässt, sehr freundliches Personal hochwertige Infrastruktur. Fahrräder können in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Es gibt ein separaten Akkus Schrank zum Laden.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Da es nachts kühl war, konnte man gut lüften. Leider keine . Ansonsten fehlt definitiv die Klimaanlage. Das ist aber auch wirklich das einzige Manko.

Un bel hôtel mais des travaux et une attitude d'un membre du personnel décevants.

Le supplément pour la chambre au sud avec balcon n'a pas été honoré, nous avons été mis dans une chambre au sous-sol avec vue sur une terrasse donnant sur un chantier annoncé brièvement en allemand dans un mail à rallonge reçu post réservation. Je suis allé contester cette chambre qui ne correspondait pas à mes attentes immédiatement à l'accueil.
Le jeune homme à l'accueil, en plus de ne pas être coopératif, m'a considéré avec un dédain et une indifférence indigne d'un établissement de ce standing.
Cette mauvaise surprise et l'attitude du jeune homme ont gâché mon séjour, séjour sur lequel j'avais beaucoup compté à titre personnel. Dommage...
