The property is poorly maintained. The bungalows need renovation.
Pros:

Location is very good, situated at the cliff and the view is excellent.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the property is not well maintained, especially the bathrooms. The door cannot be locked, bad odors and the toilet lid is not matched, it was replaced with the different size of the toilet lid.
The swimming pool is also not properly maintained, the pool stair is only the handle left, no steps attached.

Pros:

The pool needs to be cleaned, lots of algae on the bottom of the pool. There was a dead squirrel on the sidewalk outside our door for several hours. The floor in the bathroom is very rough, it is a trip hazard when using the bathroom at night. Two of us got sick eating at the restaurant, probably undercooked sate. Very noisy as a major road runs just outside the entrance.
