Disappointing
Pros:

Great location, clean modern well maintained room.

Cons:

I was staying two nights, while attending my brother’s death. Gone from the room most of the time. Upon return, I was shocked to see no service, no towels, no coffee, an unmade bed. When I’m paying over $200.00 per night, that is totally unacceptable. Was not told of that policy when checking in. This will be factor when choosing lodging in the future.
