Pros:

Dicht bij station

Cons:

Toilet was stuk, kregen op aanvraag een andere kamer en dat bleek een kamer te zijn waar gerookt mag worden. Dat was niet van te voren verteld en daar kwamen we laat in avond (na een dag sightseeing) achter.
De volgende dag kon na indienen van klacht er weer verhuisd worden, maar daar hadden we geen zin meer in.
Dus gemengde gevoelens over het verblijf. De vrouwelijke receptionistes waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De mannelijke receptionist was helemaal niet behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De beheersing vd Engelse taal is ook zeer beperkt!

JR嵯峨駅直結のお一人様にも優しいコスパの良い宿

眺望の良い部屋をリクエスト
したら、閑静な
３階の嵐山側の室を用意されていた。
手話の研修センターを改修して
ホテルにしたせいか？
廊下も部屋もとても広く感じた。
二連泊しましたが、バイキング形式でない、
朝食は同じメニューではなくて良かった。

Cons:

チェックイン時、名前を伝えると『予約がありません』と言われました。
スタッフさんの名前の聞き間違いでしたが、3回程伝えてようやく確認が取れました。
その後は何事も無かった様に対応されたので、不満が残りました。

Few minutes walk to Arashiyama bamboo forest and attractions close to it.

Cons:

The microwave is only available on the first floor. So if you have food to heat-up and your room is in the third floor, it becomes a hassle.

Pros:

Die Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof war für uns super. Der Stadtteil ist früh morgens und abends urig und authentisch. Über Tag ist wirklich viel los. Das Personal war nett. Unser Gepäck konnten wir nach dem Checkout problemlos lagern und abends abholen. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.
