Pros:

Clean basic just what you need for an affordable easy no nonsense stay. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Water butt available which is useful. All you could wish for . Very easy/helpful check in/staff

Location brilliant. Room comfortable.

Cons:

Shower sub standard. Just warm and no pressure. Typical Triton Electric Shower. Stayed for 3 nights but never saw a member of staff or other guest once.. Unusual for 13 room hotel.

Great location close to amenities and transport
Pros:

I have stayed here a few times and it’s always been good. Great location close to pubs and restaurants, some of which offer discounts to guests and also very close to the station. Staff are always helpful and the rooms are clean and quiet

Comfortable bed, good bedding. Room warm, heater easy to work. Shower could have been warmer. Chocolates a nice touch.

Central and easy to get to. Good communication at all points.

No BBC that I could find on the TV, although it didn’t particularly impact on my stay

Welcoming, comfortable and clean. Lovely welcome from Nina on arrival. Great location in the centre of Bexley Village. We found our room in the hotel which is an old building to be quiet and spacious and very clean. Super comfy King sized bed. The hotel is both old and modern. It suited us and we felt safe, secure and comfortable there. In the street where the hotel is based are a wonderful selection of non-chain restaurants, coffee shops, small eateries, a couple of pubs and a really nice fish and chip shop (established over 60yrs ago) where we ate in one evening along with the friendly locals.

Comfortable no frills room very accommodating host
Pros:

Good location easy transport links in the heart of bexley village.

Cons:

There is no option for breakfast in the hotel and if room is on the first floor and the stairs could be challenging.
