Comfy stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfotable stay and great breakfast

Cons:

No hot water at 18h30, and had a long and sweaty day flying and watching Rugby.

The security said the parking lot was full and directed us to a parking lot around the corner and had to walk back it was after 20h30, I did not know the area, and did not feel safe as my son was with me. When we arrived at the Hotel there was lots of parking space left

Good convenient option for few days in Cape Town
Pros:

Good convenient option in Cape Town center. The parking was a big factor for us, right under the hotel and at very good price. Super convenient if you are driving in and out.

Cons:

The area felt Ok but not extra safe to walk around at night. Rooms are tiny but totally fine for few days.
