Excellent service at front desk but not knowing that rooms dont have hot water is very disappointing

The Agent that checked us in was great in customer service and he is fully knowledgeable of all the amenitites and the offerings.

We went out and came back early hours of the morning only to realise that the water from the shower was ice cold and the basin as well. We had to call reception so many times and the guy said he needed to come check...like really we adults we know how to check the temperature of the water. Because it was late and our bags were already unpacked, we told him to please arrange for us to move to another room in the morning so that we can shower and go for breakfast. At 8am we called to find out which room we can move to cos we needed to shower and I was quite surprised when the lady said mam is it ok if we move you guys while you out . And I was like no, we need to shower . From the conversation
i gathered that the previous night staff only mentioned that we wanted to change rooms but not the reason why. So i then had to explain why we needed to change rooms. and then a porter was arranged and we changed rooms but we still missed breakfast.

Pros:

Staff are friendly and always happy to assist. The room was clean, WiFi decent and nice that the windows open slightly for fresh air.

Cons:

The second night I was kept up for most of the night by loud music. Your staff did offer to move me and another friend (she was on another floor having the same problem). We chose not to move for the third night (our last night) and had a fairly peaceful night until about 3:30am when we were woken by the same music.
