One night stay. Got the job done. Rooms are definitely dated, efficient three bathroom. But location directly across from the metro is perfect. Would stay here again for a short time but not for a long trip

Chambre bien mais évier du lavabo du mal à se vider (syphon) ?

Essa foi a segunda vez que me hospedei nesse hotel. Gosto da localização ( em frente ao metrê), tem supermercado, Mc Donaldos e uma doceria próximas, o que facilita muito, além do microondas que é um grande facilitador quando chegamos cansados e queremos comer e dormir. Gosto do bairro, dessa vez caminhamos para o lado de trás para ir ao Carrefour e foi uma grata surpresa ver aquelas casinhas, e descobrimos até uma loja de pães. O recepcionista do dia é uma simpatia e muito educado e prestativo. A limpeza do banheiro é ok, e tem serviço de quarto diário. Para mim o melhor custo benefício de Paris. Se um dia eu voltar, apostarei novamente nessa hospedagem.

Très très bruyant toute la nuit, impossible de dormir !

Personnel adorable. Efficace et disponible. Hôtel parfaitement insonorisé. Calme absolu. Un rapport qualité prix comme je n'en trouve pas ailleurs.

Ce n'est pas un quartier touristique mais pratique pour un séjour business.

Front desk gentleman was nice but I think he was trying to scam us more money. We booked for two nights. And he was claiming we had to pay property tax of $150. And I have no idea how he got that number. I think he thought because we were tourists that we would fall for it. But after pulling up my Expedia receipt, it said $34 Canadian pay at property. So I genuinely don’t know where he got that number from. The room was OK very basic for what you pay for bathroom and bedding was clean. My biggest fear is bedbugs and I didn’t see anything like that so it felt safe to sleep on. Stiff bed. Because it’s on a wooden frame. And I do think some of the walls either needed to be cleaned or repainted. But for a couple of nights, it was doable. But I would not recommend sleeping there for up to a week just because the bed was stuff and you only get one pillow per person and there was no blow dryer in the washroom. Also, when you go to check out on your last day, don’t leave the room too early because once you leave after 11 am. The room automatically locks you out we were lucky to have all of our stuff out.

The environment is quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff are very helpful with suggestions . looking for ways to make your stay a great one. Even the cleaning staff are helpful

Personnel très aimable. Chambre raisonnablement grande. Ménage et lit fait tous les jours. Bon petit déjeuner. Proximité immédiate du metro.
