Pros:

Konumu iyiydi. Kahvaltı şahaneydi.

Cons:

Diğer yatak odası karanlıktaydı. Banyoda perde mi kaldı duşa kabine geçmelisiniz. Bina çok eski biraz bakım yapılmalı.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, gentilissimo lo staff e molto accogliente. La colazione è buona con deliziosi croissant. La camera è spaziosa e pulita e cambiano tutti i giorni gli asciugamani.

Cons:

La stanza era calda ma non è dovuto all' hotel perché a Ginevra non utilizzano il climatizzatori. La parte della stanza esposta verso la finestra si stava bene mentre l' altro lato era troppo caldo.

Pleasantly surprised, would stay here again
Pros:

The staff were really accomodating and Friendly to our family during our stay. Especially the ladies at breakfast who went out of their way to make sure we were well fed for the day, including great coffee.

The location was perfect for us, easy to walk everywhere in Geneva and take public transport as needed.

We were expecting no air conditioning but there was a cooler on our room and plenty of fans so it was absolutely fine.

Cons:

The rooms are a little older but are cleaned well daily and was what you would expect for a 3 star hotel.

It was okay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room size is okay but still has some strands of hair and rubbish in the bin under the sink at the time i occupied the room. There's a sizeable pvc pipe just above the door inside the room. There is an empty fridge without complimentary water. The location is okay for holiday travellers since it's not too far from the city centre. The breakfast had limited choice poof protein. Smoking at the entrance too the :guest house"

A total disappointment
Pros:

Bed Sheets are clean

Cons:

Aeration is non existent in the rooms. Air conditioning is poor. Bathroom is barely functioning. Yet employees were nice and tried to help. On top of this it was ridiculously expensive for what was advertised. Spent two sleepless nights in that place and my family had to endure that too.

Un personnel vraiment arrangeant. Merci
Pros:

- La gentillesse du personnel, sa disponibilité, sa bienveillance
- L'emplacement ! (5 mn à pied du jet d'eau)
- Taille de la chambre
- Micro-cuisine de la chambre
- Nuit silencieuse (contrairement à ce qui est mentionné par d'autres clients, nous étions au dernier étage et tout était très calme
- Ambiance de pension familiale (terrasse au bord de la rue peu passante)

Cons:

- Le fait que la chambre ne soit pas climatisée et munie seulement d'un ventilateur très bruyant
- Salle de bain un peu vêtuste et "has been"

El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno completo

Cons:

Demasiado calor, decía que tenía aire acondicionado pero en una habitación de 4 pax separados por una pared, un lado tenía aire acondicionado portátil, el otro lado era solo un deshumidificador que solo generaba más calor, había que abrir la puerta porque era realmente caliente, avisamos a recepción pero no se hizo absolutamente nada 2 noches de calor intenso

Zimmer entsprach nicht der Buchung

Die Lage war gut. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück war o.k. Ebenso der Außenbereich des Restaurants.

Cons:

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Angaben und den Bildern des Angebots bzw. der Buchung. Es war deutlich kleiner, Wohnbereich ca. 25qm für 4 Betten (statt gebuchte 40 qm) Der Kleiderschrank ging nur halb auf, da es so eng war. Sehr wenige Kleiderbügel. Die Matratzen waren teilweise durchgelegen, die Betten sehr ungemütlich. Der Safe funktionierte nur sporadisch (Technik, Batterien...). 3 x musste der Safe (von uns unverschuldet) vom Personal geöffnet werden. Es war im Zimmer unerträglich heiß, aufgestellte Klimageräte zeigten keine Wirkung. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr dunkel und es roch nach Rauch.Die Reklamation bezüglich Zimmergröße (Abweichung von der Buchung) wurde vom Management ignoriert.

Locatie super, vlak bij metro 12, vriendelijk personeel,
Pros:

Locatie was echt super dicht bij het centrum en op loopafstand ( 15 minuutjes ) van het meer
Vriendelijk personeel , daarbij parkeerplek gereserveerd was ook heel fijn

Cons:

Als ik dan minpunt moet noemen is dat we geen mooi uitzicht hadden ( gebouw ) maar waren toch haast niet op de kamer

Good value it you need a kitchenette.
Pros:

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room wasn't hot but it wasn't cool either. The bathroom definitely was hot.

Cons:

Our stay was during the heat wave and it was very difficult to keep the room cool with a portable air conditioner.
