You get what you pay for. That is the lesson I learned. Look for elsewhere for a better stay!
Pros:

Employees at the front desk are very friendly and willing to assist whenever needed

Cons:

Nothing like showing on the pictures. The property needs renovation. I specifically chose a larger room with balcony. Regardless of 4 nights stay, they assigned me a super small room with a so-they-called balcony which is 3ft wide and 10 inches deep, overlooking the dirty room top. The air conditioning unit was super noisy, and they probably never cleaned/replaced the filter. I got very bad allergies from the indoor air. The room itself was dirty. The floor was not mopped, the moment I returned my bed from the bathroom, my feet were black!

Per my request, they exchanged a much larger room for us without balcony. After I saw that mini balcony, I don’t really care about it anymore. I requested the floor to be mopped before we moved in, and they did, that was very nice. The A/C was still noisy but I knew that nothing could be done. Luckily, there are two windows that I can open during the day so I didn’t get allergies in this room.

The cost did not reflect the standard of the room and services we received.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety (juices, fruit, bread etc). The porch and restaurant area were also very nice.

Cons:

We found the price to be quite high considering what was offered. The bedroom and bathroom were both very small, and the shower was not functioning properly. As a result, we did not have reliable hot water for two days.
We requested a room change, but the hotel was fully booked. A technician was contacted, however we were informed that he would only be available the following day. We had to shower in a friend’s room.

En la imagen de la habitación habia un escritorio. Elegimos el hotel por eso mismo. Al llegar nos tocó una habitación que no tenía escritorio.

Dont book room 2.
Pros:

Great location and good value for Chile. They were happy to change our room due th excessive noise.

houve um reserva duplicada devido a um erro do bookings e eles poderiam ter recusado a reserva duplicada pois a mesma foi informada de imediato, e mesmo assim eles não recusaram para poder ganhar em cima do cliente de maneira desonesta!!!

Excelente ubicación, residencial y tranquilo
Pros:

la ubicación era buena y tenía un restaurante afuera. Además había un hervidor y tazas en la habitación. El aire acondicionado funcionaba y la ducha tenía agua caliente. Muy buen desayuno!

Cons:

Quizá la limpieza no era tan dedicada (?) y los ruidos en el pasillo se sentían fuertes. A veces se prendía el aire acondicionado de la nada y se prendían las luces de la habitación (no eran espíritus chocarreros)

Hôtel très accueillant, bien decoré, ambiance cosy. Petit déjeuner excellent. De quoi faire du café dans les chambres. Propreté et confort impeccable. Quartier très safe et calme. Très bon séjour, merci ! Merci à la personne très aidante qui nous a accueilli à 3h du mat. Et merci à Gabriella pour l'excellent accueil et les bons cafés 😀

A gem in a large city?
Pros:

The staff were delightful and very helpful. They helped arrange transport to and from airport. Property has very good on site restaurant, and many others within walking distance.

Pros:

The hotel is in a nice part of the city and I felt safe there. The staff are wonderful and offered me detailed directions for exploring the city and were specific about which areas were safe, which I appreciate. Breakfast was excellent and there was tons of food. I also ate at the restaurant a couple times for dinner and enjoyed the food as well.

Cons:

I ended up needing to unplug an oil diffuser near the bed and put it on the balcony for the duration of my stay because the scent was so strong. Usually, those are used to cover up smells but the room smelled fine without it so I'm not sure what that was about. The balcony is more like a large floor length window because it's not really something you would stand on.
