MGM Springfield

Hotel has great ambiance & beautiful decor. Room was clean and comfortable, & has small refrigerator & Keurig coffee maker, very convenient. Bed very comfortable with mattress that you do not notice if your partner tosses & turns. And surprisingly, being in a casino environment (on 1st floor), you do not hear noise from outside of your room &, if you are very sound sensitive, they provide ear plugs and a white noise machine on the night table, can also leave TV on a fireplace or fishtank channel. Employees all very professional & courteous. Also, free parking in parking garage.

Awesome rooms, yummy restaurants, small casino so less people around. Will definitely return again. The rooms had a very cool atmosphere with paintings on the walls and a beautiful bathroom.

We have come to the MGM several times as our son recently moved to Springfield. Our primary reason for choosing the spot was it's proximity to his apartment. After four stays, its the staff and the car for the facility that keep bringing us back. The grounds are safe and though we are not gamblers, the energy is positive across the campus. The shops and food options are good as well.

Most terrible check-in experience ever. Gave our room away after they told us we were checked in and then had no more room for us which then made us late for the event we were there to attend. Shame on them. Horrible experience.

MGM Springfield is a fun place to visit. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of electronic gaming machines and the payouts are pretty decent. I have not had a bad experience in all my visits.

Atmosphere is unique- memorable. It’s a casino- but doesn’t have the “ick” feel and taste like a lot of the Vegas ones- we thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay.

Very pleasant staff. Friendly in casino and hotel. Good comps. Reasonable table game table limits. Love MGM Springfield.

Everything was good with the exception of two issues. One, there was only one restaurant open for dinner; and two, there was no bellman on duty at checkout to help with luggage.

Great place to dine and see a concert. The food was amazing at Chandlers.
My wife enjoyed our stay and the staff at MGM are terrific.

Rooms are average but clean. No fridge in room and the internet speed is the worst I have seen of any hotel. A couple of nice restaurants and a small area of quick food options. Taps Sports Bar was good option all around for food and watching the games. No real good gift shop items to bring home to the family.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a Rotunda Suite and it was fantastic. The room was clean and very original compared to the style of most hotel rooms. My 2 dogs also came and they had a great time too. The room was very clean as well as the casino. The staff was friendly and the pool on the second floor felt like a luxurious spa facility. The only downside to this hotel was the fact that you could hear people’s voices in the hallways because the rooms aren’t soundproof. But, other than that, it was an amazing stay!

Front desk staff was excellent. In our room my 8 month old found a gummy bear on the floor and attempted to eat it which my wife caught in time but was terrified by the fact that he could have choked or even worse that is was a THC infused gummy bear

I love this place. As far as hotels go this has it all. The rooms are really well decorated and designed. They are classy and offer many amenities. The figured it out - lighting, bedding, seating everything. The hotel is clean and well cared for. The casino is a casino. It is new and well cared for as well. Together it is a great experience.

I had asked for a room free of pet dander as my son has asthma and is very allergic to dogs. That did not happen. Poor customer service and you're telling me you don't care about my family's health. Also my last visit i requested adjoining rooms as my younger kids were with us and was told it was could not be guaranteed. How can families plan trips around such poor business practices?

Great location, clean, and friendly. Good food available and no need to leave the property with lots of things to do! Great options!

Very nice rooms. Love the steampunk motif! Friendly staff. Don't normally like staying at casinos but would stay again when in the Springfield area.

Great experience. We visited Six Flags and enjoyed some gaming. Everyone went above and beyond, being extremely accommodating to all our needs and requests. The hotel and resort were immaculate and clean. Thank you for a great visit.
