Beautiful hotel

Location great. Small hotel.
No breakfast provision. No shower cap provided.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was perfectly situated for the places we were visiting. The staff were friendly and accommodating. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.
The location is excellent. I did not eat there. The flat was freezing. See below.
The temperature in the flat was 17.5C. The flat is in a separate building from the hotel. No phone. Cold night. Next morning I complained. They sent someone to fix it. No change. I complained. The manager, a little man with sticking up hair, was rude and abusive. He told me I did not know how to turn on a radiator, or use a thermostat, that he had traveled in 77 (or was it 177) countries, that I knew nothing about hotels, that 17.5C was warm, that I had to wait 20 minutes for it to warm up [I had already waited longer than that for some warmth] that I should get out of the reception or he would call the police. He came round the counter and came physically close to me which was intimidating. He was enraged that I said he should solve the problem because he was the manager. I was not going to fiddle with their equipment especially after their staff had tried to fix the temperature and failed - I was worried he would accuse me of breaking something. He was shouting at me about my parents [no idea what triggered that outburst], threatening, nasty, aggressive and supercilious. I asked him for the footage from the hotel camera and he refused. I was shocked and upset at his uncouth and uncivilized behavior. Worse yet this is the hospitality sector, where I am paying a lot of money for a service. I will never stay there again.
Nice little hotel in a great location.
We stayed in a nice, well equipped apartment.
Close to everything and easy check in. Quiet at nighttime
Bathrooms were a bit tired, shower tray and grouting needs replacing
Very convenient. Pleasant staff.
Small room, very small bathroom.

It was central for our visit in the centre of Covent Garden . It was quiet and really comfortable. Lovely staff
There was nothing not to like
The only good point about the hotel is its situation, in a quiet pedestrian street off Coven Garden.
There are plenty of hotels like this in London - in old buildings, with rooms underground, old outdated furniture, with carpet all over, endless staircases and you find yourself paying 200 euros a night! A rip off! The photos in Booking have been improved. I was given a room on the ground floor with paper thin windows, so it was like sleeping on the street. Even if it is a pedestrian area, yo can hear all and everything from outside. The furniture was damaged and the whole room looked old and tired, even if clean (carpet stains though!). You cannot help feeling that you have been robbed given the price per night. Unacceptable!
The only good aspect was the attitude of the receptionist who moved me to a better room after the the toilette flush in my room wouldn't stop running.
Frankly, it is about time we get the money we pay for in London hotels.
This hotel should be shut down and totally refurbished.
Location is perfect! This is the main bonus.
It badly needs renovation, carpets dirty, doors and skirting boards are rotting. Rooms are very small but this cannot be improved. No lift. No service to help with the luggage.
Great location, fab room, spotlessly clean.
