Location great but needs updating
Pros:

The location is fantastic, particularly for the Royal Opera House.

Cons:

The hotel is very tired. The carpets and headboards on the bed had stains and the curtains were hanging off the rail. Its in serious need of refurbishment.

Location excellent. Exterior pretty

Cons:

This is not a 4 star hotel. Room was small and furniture shabby. Ours was below street level so dark. Light bulb out and decor old and dated. Corridors have tired carpets. AC was very noisy and had to switch off. Bed was extremely hard and pillows hard and flat. Hardly slept. Will not return

La ubicación es muy buena cerca de todo y con buenas comunicaciones.

Cons:

Reservamos una habitación cuádruple, donde la segunda cama, que no dijeron con anterioridad, era un sofá cama, que el colchón tuvo su época y dormías sobre una tabla.

Debían informar que la segunda cama no es una cama, es un sofá cama y que la gente te decida.

Lovely decor and staff amazing, even put balloons in my room as I'd mentioned was my girlfriends birthday!
