Kleines Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Lage und äußerst freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, perfekte Lage direkt bei der Oper/Covent Garden, zu Fuß und mit der U-Bahn perfekt erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage und der Fenster direkt zur Straße war es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer für 3 Personen war gut aufgeteilt und geräumig.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen, nur die w-lan-Verbindung könnte etwas besser funktionieren. Unser Zimmer war im Obergeschoß und hatte mehrere Fenster, es gibt aber auch Fenster im Untergeschoß, die im Vorbeigehen eher dunkel wirkten.

The Fielding Hotel had lovely staff, was well located but room was cramped and stuffy.
Pros:

Location was brilliant - close to the main areas of Covent Garden; far enough away to be peaceful. Shower in ensuite was fantastic. The extra air conditioner unit was essential.

Cons:

The main communal areas were quite shabby. The room was very cramped and stuffy (despite the additional air conditioner). Bedding was too heavy given how hot the room was.

Fantastic location with a lovely, historical hotel!
Pros:

The location of this property is fantastic! It's a few steps from Covent Garden and 5 minutes from Seven Dials Market. The room had great A/C and a nice, clean bathroom! The beds were comfortable! Overall, we were pleased with the entire stay!

Cons:

The room itself was a bit dated. The carpet had a huge section cut out of and then a new piece just placed in, so it just looked old and dirty and made the room appear like a terrible investment for what we paid to be there. The TVs were quite small and only accessed a few channels. The bathroom could really use a larger mirror as I am only 5' tall and literally could only see myself from the nose up in the bathroom mirror. I had to use the mirror on the back of the wardrobe door to get ready every day. Also, there is no elevator, and the stairs are steep and pitched, so if you have any mobility issues, this is not the place for you!

Wonderful stay !
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Perfect location in Covent Garden! So close to so many tube lines. Set on a beautiful and very quiet street! Will defiantly stay here again and recommend to others!

The hotel was in a good location but it was hard to sleep in a very hot and stuffy room.

The location.
The guy on reception fetched a fan and set up the room to try and cool it down. He did his best.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t working and the room was stifling.

Cons:

Specifically asked if room was air conditioned due to medical need. The air conditioning was inoperable and we had to find another hotel. Staff unresponsive to request for assistance.

Would stay again at a cooler time of year
Pros:

Amazing location in Covent Garden but tucked away down a quiet pedestrian street.
Very clean throughout with comfortable beds.

Cons:

We were there in the middle of a heatwave and the room was baking. Neither the wall mounted unit nor the free-standing one seemed to make inroads into the heat.
