Great location to explore London. Close to tube station

NO air-condition in some apartments, not really 4 stars.
Pros:

The apartments were spacious and well kept. Having a good apartment in this excellent location was a treat once the heat-wave passed. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops around, and it's nor far from the Underground.

NO air-condition in some apartments, not really 4 stars.
We knew pasts summers seen major heat-waves, so we specifically checked for air-conditioning when we reserved. Both the hotel and the apartment we chose specifies "air condition". When we arrived - during a heat wave - we discovered the appartement we got only has chillers - fans with some water, that does not cool the apartment's air. When we told the hotel staff, their reaction was that "the site specifies the flat 2 has no air-condition". If it's there, it's so small print we completely missed it even though we checked and double checked. They wouldn't switch our flat (even though we reserved 8 months in advance! And asked for air condition), or suggested other ways of cooling, not even more fans.

The bath's water's temperature were very hard to control, and kept changing temperature mid-shower.

We got only one key, and the staff lost the extra. so when we separated during the day and one group arrived early, there was no way to enter the flat until the 5th day, when the extra key was finally found.
