A wonderful place for a West End night out
Pros:

Location was great for seeing a west end show, tucked down a quiet street, you wouldn't even think you were in a noisy big city. Staff were very friendly, and welcoming. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean.

Cons:

A couple of the sockets didn't work, but there were enough available that it didn't make much difference to us

Nice location but needs some tlc
Pros:

It was close to Covent garden

Cons:

It really needed some tlc
Walls and carpet had marks on it.
Tap in bathroom loose and floor and tiles need good clean,
Spots of mold on ceiling and fan looks like it’s never been cleaned.
Was really disappointing

Loved the location. The hotel could do with a refurbishment and much warmer, more welcoming staff.
Pros:

Brilliant location, very close to shops and restaurants. The location was convenient and perfect. Hotel was peaceful and quiet, given that it is the centre of London. Easy access to all facilities.

Cons:

The receptionist who greeted us was unfriendly and not particularly helpful, though he did look after our cake. Lack of warmth and welcoming. The second receptionist asked our names twice within ten minutes. The room was very small and compact, decor unpleasant and bathroom was old and shabby.

La ubicación insuperable. Café, te, agua y galletas en la habitación.

Cons:

La calefacción estaba a tope y no conseguimos que la redujeran hasta el día siguiente. Dijeron que había avería .
