Location is good, Banh Thanh market and Nguyen Hue walking street less than a kilometer. All reception staff were exceptionally good & cordial and always ready to help. Helped us in booking a Grab cab for us at midnight for the airport. I had one 500K dong currency note, and he helped me with smaller denominations so that I could pay the exact fare to the Grab cab driver.

Staff were very friendly and provided service 24/7. I saw at least 4 different staff rotating throughout the day in shifts. They also provide free breakfast and free laundry machine usage; the dryer doesn't fully dry but just hang your clothes in your room. Rooms are clean enough and basic necessities are provided.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement et de visiter les attractions à proximité. De nombreux sites d’intérêt se trouvent à quelques minutes à pied ou à un court trajet. Le fait d’être à seulement quelques minutes d’un joli parc est aussi un vrai plus. C’est un excellent point de départ pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent explorer la ville sans difficulté.

Staff at reception very nice and helpful. our air con was not blowing cold got so he called out an engineer to checkimmidiayly. .i wanted extra hangers as they do not have wardrobe in the room only a chair which we put some of our cloths on.

We loved the location on Bui Thi Xuan Street — the tree-lined surroundings made it feel peaceful and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They gladly shared local tips, from must-see attractions to hidden food spots, and even helped us figure out the best ways to get around. Their support made our experience in the city so much better.

Everything was clean, functional, and comfortable, with nothing negative to mention. It was a simple but pleasant place to rest after a day out. Overall, it offered exactly what I needed for a short stay

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et offrait un excellent rapport qualité-prix compte tenu de son emplacement central. Tout était bien entretenu et confortable tout au long du séjour. La présence d’un service de spa directement dans le hall était un vrai plus, très pratique après une journée de visite. C’est un choix sûr pour les voyageurs qui recherchent du confort sans avoir à payer des tarifs excessifs.

This isn’t my first time staying here, and every visit has been consistently great. The location is super convenient—there are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, and having a convenience store right outside the hotel is a huge plus. It makes everything so easy, especially if you need something quickly.

Service throughout the hotel was consistently good. The staff were attentive, enthusiastic, and always ready to assist, which made the stay smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and surrounded by plenty of food options. Getting around was very easy, whether walking or taking transport, which made the stay much more convenient.
