Good value for money, nice area to stay
Pros:

The restaurant served nice affordable meals, and the restaurant staff were very good.

Breakfast included was good. Our room was clean and spacious. Bed linen was clean and overall we thought good value for the price.. would be similar to a 3 star hotel in Australia.

Being further away from the main tourist attractions meant was in a quieter area which was nice, and only a short tuk tuk ride to the bustling centre. Walking distance to atm, bakeries, pharmacy etc. Wifi worked good.

When we told the room attendant our toilet was broken when we returned a couple hours later it was all fixed. Booked us a airport transfer and let us check out a bit later which we appreciated.

We felt safe and ok to leave our belongings here.

Cons:

On check in, the front desk staff weren't overly friendly at the time. However the other front staff were good.

Great value for money and very comfortable
Pros:

The room was very nice. The hotel itself is okay and location is good enough, far away from the noisy part of the city but not the most beautiful one

Facilities look quite old/ low level compared to the room itself

The food was yummy and so delicious. You will love their room and the comfort it gives. overall a good stay and the staff was very helpful.

Cons:

They charged 20% of early check-in which should not have been charged as the rooms were available .
