Services Beyond hospitality.
Pros:

They provided excellent services and even extended beyond hotel hospitality. When we arrived early for the check in time they gave us a room. My wife and I always wanted to experience the hot air balloon so we tried to book it ourselves with tour offices in Goreme but they seem to charge us more than the usual, someone actually asked us to pay 400 euro per person even if the balloon flight has no guarantee. Thanks to the helpful staff of the hotel, they are able to secure slot for us in a much less price than that what the “tour offices “ are asking. We are very grateful for this.

I absolutely loved our stay at atillas cave hotel ! It felt like home , the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food so delicious. It was quiet and private and just such a gem of a place ! Can’t thank the staff enough … truly one of the best places ! It was such a beautiful vibe !

Pros:

This was our first visit to a cave hotel and we really enjoyed our couple days stay. We had two rooms and both were clean. Our air conditioning was not working on one night and the management got a fan and fixed air conditioning. I recommend this place it’s different and you will enjoy it. The breakfast and dinner were okay. Plenty of tea and coffee available all day.

Cave Sweet Cave—Just Don’t Expect Uber or Wi-Fi
Pros:

For three nights, I lived my best modern caveman life in this wonderfully cool, well-equipped retreat. The place had all the essentials—comfy beds, plumbing, and enough charm to make me momentarily forget I had no signal inside my stone sanctuary. Run by a family, the hotel had that welcoming touch.

Breakfast was reliably served from 8:30 to 10:30, ensuring that despite the cave setting, I never had to forage for food. I tried the hotel’s 400 TL dinner one evening—it was decent. As for tours, they looked nice but came with a hefty price tag, so I admired them from a distance.

Now, about getting around-forget Uber, forget public transport, forget the optimistic idea that everything is conveniently located. The nearest Forum Mall is less than 2KM away, but you’ll get a free workout hiking uphill to get there. If you’ve booked an organized tour, though, they’ll pick you up, saving you from an unexpected cave-themed survival adventure.

Overall, a great choice for relaxation and a temporary escape from civilization just make sure you pre-download your entertainment, because that Wi-Fi signal plays hide-and-seek!

Reasonably-priced "cave" hotel in Nevsehir with great staff and owner
Pros:

If you are choosing Nevsehir over Goreme to stay, this is a very pleasant hotel with very helpful staff and owner. Dinner and breakfast are good (dinner is approx $12 more, which is very reasonable). There are two pleasant outdoor decks - this is not a balloon area, so I don't think you'll see them. We saw families, couples, and small groups enjoying their stay here. Rooms are medium-size and have windows that open into a hallway, more for ventilation than a view. Hot water aplenty.
