My girlfriend and I were in town for the Texas Renaissance Festival.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. (I believe it was classified as a "handicap room"). It was located close to an elevator, and the ice machine was right outside our door. The anti-slip mat for the bathtub was a nice plus. (Don't find them too often.) My girlfriend liked the fact that you provided the TCM channel (her favorite).

Cons:

I know this is "after the fact" and only addressable on futute construction or remodels, but the closets were shallower than conventional closets, crunching our hanging clothes between the door and back wall.

Although there was a nice variety of breakfast options at the morning complementary breakfasts, the two warmers for "hot" food present indicated 170 degrees, but the food was cold. There was also no ice dispensers for the juices, nor any kind of sink or drain available to dispose of unwanted liquids.

Alarm went off 4am police at 3am next door screaming and shouting causing sleepless nights

My stay at Waller was comfortable and I really enjoyed the coffee from the machine.
Pros:

I didn’t get breakfast because I had to leave early.
Although according to the rules on the sheet in my hotel room saying that I can get breakfast on the go from 4:00am. When I asked the receptionist I was told that that rule didn’t apply.

Cons:

The staff to be more friendly and welcoming.
