Recepcionistas bem simpáticos

Cons:

Cafe da manhã razoável, mas no geral nota 7.
O quarto entrega o mínimo de conforto (cobertor velho, toalhas de qualidade média), eu pedi para ficar na área nova que é um pouco melhor, já me hospedei algumas vezes e já conheço o hotel. Voltarei mais vezes, porém sem expectativas, já sei o que entregam.

Cancelei antes do previsto para conseguir dormir foi impossível

Portas fazem muito barulho para abrir e fechar, não tem acústica você ouve tudo no corredor inteiro, hotel estava cheio e o chuveiro não esquentava
