Pros:

Traveler's beware....this place is not all as it seems.

We arrived late at night and had many difficulties. Our rooms did not have adequate AC function and the electricity kept going out. We were two families travelling together and found that our room was a shared bathroom. Since the villa was empty and we were the only guests we asked if we could use the other bathroom and staff was very unpleasant and not accommodating. Since the AC was not working for some rooms the staff waited an hour trying to fix the room and then moved us to a new room. During this time it was a very hot night and we were very uncomfortable and unable to sleep due to the electricity going off throughout the night.

We had no help bringing in our luggage and had to ask for more water and amenities many times. The staff friendliness was to a minimum and they were not very helpful. We had breakfast included--the breakfast was two items--chole(chick peas) and a type of rice dish. We were not asked if we would like anything else to eat. When checking out no one helped us to leave and we just told them we are leaving. This place as a whole was not what is depicted and we were very dissatisfied with our stay. We do not recommend this place to any tourists visiting Trivandrum.

Pros:

It was not a hotel.. It was a bed and breakfast. No cleaning facilities, shared bathrooms between 2 or 3 rooms for an exorbitant price. Not near beach at all as advertised. Basically, a marketing gimmick.. Don't always believe what you see or read
