Pros:

Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Die großzügigen Zimmer und Bäder bieten viel Platz, und trotz der weitläufigen Anlage fühlt man sich wie in einem privaten Haus – mitten in einem kleinen Paradies.

Die Lage ist ideal, um die Secret Gilis zu erkunden. Gleichzeitig ist es herrlich ruhig und die Umgebung einfach atemberaubend. Wir können jedem empfehlen, die Secret Gilis mit einem kleinen privaten Boot zu besuchen – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Das Resort ist besonders für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Der riesige Pool bietet Kindern jede Menge Abwechslung, während Erwachsene die entspannte Atmosphäre genießen können. Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit, das Tauchen zu lernen. Die PADI-zertifizierte Tauchschule und die hervorragende Zusammenarbeit mit einem Tauchcenter machen das Angebot perfekt.

Der Service ist außergewöhnlich. Ob Roller mieten, einen Fahrer organisieren oder Ausflüge zu den Secret Gilis und Tauchtouren planen – das Team kümmert sich um alles schnell, unkompliziert und mit einem Lächeln. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Die Anlage ist zwar schon etwas älter und man sollte sich auf die eine oder andere Gebrauchsspur einstellen, die Bilder entsprechen jedoch absolut der Realität. Alles ist sauber und das gesamte Personal kümmert sich mit viel Herzlichkeit und Engagement um die Gäste. Man merkt, dass jeder Wunsch ernst genommen wird und man sich wirklich willkommen fühlt.

Man sollte außerdem wissen, dass es in der näheren Umgebung nur wenige Restaurants oder andere Ausgehmöglichkeiten gibt. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier jedoch genau richtig.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hätten unseren Aufenthalt gerne über die sieben Tage hinaus verlängert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pros:

Sundancer villas, villa dengan view terdebest, makanannya enak, semua staf membantu... Lokasi villanya yang tak tertebak ternyata lumayan jauh di atas bukit tp ada mobil yang mengantar...

Cons:

Krn lokasi villanya yang rutenya lumayan jauh jadi harus menunggu driver... Kami menunggu drivernya lumayan lama... Hampir 1,5 jam lebih... Tp terbayar dengan view-nya yg wow..

That was the best accommpdation on our 8 months travel. So luxurious and so much space for a good price! Good buffet and restaurant. Easy scooter rental, really nice staff. We loved the towel art!

It is in the middle of nowhere, without a scooter you can't even go buy some water.

Pros:

Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf die höher stehenden Poolvillas. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie Millionäre. Das Haus ist luxuriös, der beheizte Pool und die Aussicht fantastisch. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch das Abendessen ist auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Cons:

Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht. Wasser aus der Dusche kam nur manchmal. Wir haben das Personal 3x darauf aufmerksam gemacht sie sagten nur es sei normal und das eine Pumpe defekt sei und sie es reparieren aber es kam kein Feedback. Keine Entschuldigung und keine Bemühungen uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Personal war nicht aufrichtig und hat uns sozusagen ignoriert. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkomen Wir wollten 1 Woche bleiben da die Aussicht aus der Villa unglaublich schön war aber leider war es so alles andere als entspannt und wir sind nach 1 Nacht abgereist. Es ist sehr schade um die schöne Villa!

Todo genial!! El hotel un lujo, la atención increíble! Fue el hotel más lindo que estuvimos en indonesia, cálido, tranquilo y relajante para unos días en pareja. Lejos del ruido y de la gente, volvería sin dudas!! El desayuno estuvo genial!

Pros:

We stayed in the pool villa at tge top of the resort and it was magnificent. The view is simply outstanding. The infinity pool is crystal clear and the room is luxurious and huge. Staff were amazing and included breakfast had numerous options. The area is scenicly beautiful and so quiet. Lovely islands nearby for all water activities. I cannot explain how good the view is from your room and pool. We were so high that they offer free shuttle to the room.

Cons:

Only 1 problem. The water pressure in room was all over the place. Pump needs looking at, but thats all.

Prima voor een paar dagen.
Pros:

Het personeel is heel aardig en staat steeds voor je klaar.
Een heel mooi zwembad.

Cons:

De huisjes waren heel ruim en schoon, maar ook gedateerd. Ik vond het geen 5 sterren accommodatie.
Het strand en de beachclub vond ik tegenvallen.
Je kunt er in de omgeving niet heel veel doen, dus om een paar dagen rustig aan te doen is het prima.

Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel am selben Tag nach meiner Ankunft wieder verlassen!

Es war schmutzig, das Zimmer hat übelst gerochen, die Ausstattung total heruntergekommen!

Der Empfang vom Hotel war unterirdisch schlecht! Kein Lächeln, nichts! Das Gepäck durfte ich auch noch selber durchs Resort zum Zimmer tragen!

5 Sterne sah ich an keinem Ort!!
Maximal 2-3 Sterne!!

Sparen sie sich das Geld und übernachten an einem anderen Ort!
