The happy hour at the pool is a scam: beers cost 60 idr all day long, during the happy hour they raise to 100 to be sold 2 at the price of one. That's the slogan (!?)

Mieliśmy potwierdzoną i w pełni opłaconą rezerwację na pobyt dla 4 dorosłych i 4 dzieci. W dniu przyjazdu obiekt poinformował nas, że nie jest w stanie zrealizować rezerwacji z powodu "problemu technicznego w systemie rezerwacji". Taka informacja, przekazana w dniu przyjazdu, nie zostawiła nam realnego czasu na samodzielne znalezienie alternatywy przed wieczorem.

Zostaliśmy skierowani do innego, niezależnego hotelu w okolicy. Przedstawiciel obiektu faktycznie się tam z nami spotkał, jednak zamiast zaproponować konkretne rozwiązanie na koszt obiektu, nalegał, byśmy sami opłacili pobyt w nowym miejscu i formalnie anulowali naszą rezerwację w jego systemie. Nie zgodziliśmy się na to i zgłosiliśmy sprawę do Booking.com jako niezrealizowanie rezerwacji z winy obiektu (overbooking).
Po zgłoszeniu problemu do Booking.com przedstawiciel obiektu oświadczył, że skoro tak, to "nie ma już o czym rozmawiać" i sprawa jest dla niego zakończona.

Od tamtej pory obiekt całkowicie przestał się nami interesować. Nikt nie zapytał, czy znaleźliśmy nocleg, czy nasza grupa z czwórką dzieci jest bezpieczna, ani nie zaoferował żadnej pomocy. Odnieśliśmy jednoznaczne wrażenie, że jedynym celem obiektu było skłonienie nas do samodzielnego anulowania rezerwacji, aby uniknąć formalnej odpowiedzialności za niezrealizowanie usługi. Gdy się na to nie zgodziliśmy, całkowicie stracili zainteresowanie naszym losem.

Ostatecznie sami opłaciliśmy nocleg zastępczy, po cenie wyższej niż nasza oryginalna rezerwacja. Alternatywny hotel, do którego trafiliśmy, okazał się bardzo dobry. To jedyny pozytywny akcent tego wieczoru.

Odradzam rezerwację w tym miejscu bez uprzedniego telefonicznego potwierdzenia dostępności pokoju bezpośrednio przed przyjazdem, szczególnie w przypadku podróży z dziećmi lub w większej grupie.

The Property was nothing wrong with it.
The only minor thing was the location. Few restaurants around but for the rest very remote. But stil not stopping me from coming back ☺️

Plage privée mal entretenue

In die Jahre gekommenes Resort. Einiges an Renovierungsaufwand in den Apartments nötig. Frühstück könnte etwas Abwechslungsreicher sein. Etwas einsam gelegen, was aber auch Vorteile hat. Es ist daher nötig Mofa zu mieten, was auch angeboten wird im Haus.

- Badewanne füllt sich nur seeeehr langsam und der Abfluss war nicht dicht (auch nach Reparatur nicht)

We had issues during check-in and had to wait approximately three hours before we were finally given our room. The staff were extremely slow and, unfortunately, not very friendly or helpful.

The hotel itself does not meet the standards we would expect from a five-star hotel. The deck around the swimming pool has many loose planks and protruding screws, which is a safety concern. The beach towels were also very difficult to get. It took us three days to finally receive one in the morning.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were multiple marks on the walls, the carpet was filthy, and there were stains on the sofa. We also asked for fresh towels, but it took two days for the staff/cleaning personnel to provide them.

The cleaning staff appeared to have very limited equipment, only a broom and a mop, which makes it difficult to clean the rooms properly.

The food was bland and, in our opinion, not good. We were particularly surprised that the Indonesian dishes were not spicy at all. The restaurant staff was also very slow, sometimes brought the wrong orders, and repeatedly asked for our room number during breakfast.

The beach was also dirty and covered with plastic waste. Only the area near the beach bar appeared to be cleaned, while the areas around the sunbeds and other beach facilities were dirty and full of plastic. There were also several seemingly abandoned boats on the beach, which further contributed to the neglected appearance of the area.

Overall, the hotel gave us the impression that it was not being properly maintained. Some areas looked neglected or unfinished, and the staff was often slow to respond to requests. Unfortunately, based on our experience, the hotel did not feel like a five-star property.

Publicité mensongère sur l’activité de la pêche au harpon (très déçu de l’activité : plongeur ne parle pas un mot d’anglais, nécessite de savoir plonger à 3m sous l’eau avec tuba, le harpon est tenu par le guide quasi tout le temps)
Hotel propre dans l’ensemble mais ne définit pas un hôtel 5 étoiles (serviette de toilette et piscine sales, toilettes sales, chat rentré dans la chambre pendant le nettoyage de la chambre

El beach club y la zona de la playa podría estar bastante más limpia y mejor mantenida. Los precios del transporte están muy inflados. Nos cobraron 400k por un traslado de 25 minutos a un muelle cuando cobran 600k oficialmente por el traslado al aeropuerto de 1h 30min. Se aprovechan de las pocas opciones que tienes en la zona.

Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y tiene una playa privada

Excréments de rat sous le lit , draps imbibé d’urine de rat , fuite dans le plafond qui coule. Une vétusté impressionnante , des salle de bain avec moisissures.

The rooms are a little too close together. You can say hi to your neighbor.

Dommage que l’hôtel soit très loins du centre, et donc des principales activités.
La restauration devrait être améliorée dommage parce qu’il y a du potentiel .
Petit problème d’eau chaude dans la chambre, nous l’avions signalé mais l’eau était toujours tiède voir froide.

I materassini dei lettini da horror, il ristorante troppo lento e la qualità del cibo veramente scarsa, spiaggia seppur con del potenziale, é abbastanza sporca e non curata. In ultimo il servizio di pulizia della camera, che si presenta per due giorni consecutivi alle 18:30, chiedendo la nostra copia della chiave perché loro non ne hanno una
