Tout était PARFAIT !!! Je n’ai pas d’autres mots pour décrire notre séjour la, c’était l’un de mes plus beaux séjours! On en a fait des pays et des villas mais ici je n’ai pas de mots tellement tout était EXCEPTIONNEL !
Le personnel ENTIER juste extraordinaire, la beauté de l’endroit, la propreté, l’accueil chaleureux, le restaurant et les prix! Vraiment un 10/10!

Cons:

Rien!!! Tout était magnifique. D’ailleurs quand j’ai lu certains commentaires, je n’en crois meme pas mes yeux tellement je ne les comprends pas!

Very comfortable. Fabulous pool. Nice and spread out with its own beach club
Pros:

Large resort spread out over a big area. There is not much around so go for the resort and do day trips and hire a scooter to look around the surrounding villages. Probably one of the best pools we have ever swam in and super clean. It’s an older style resort but very clean and well maintained with large rooms at a great price. Staff were awesome (as always across Indonesia). Drinks are a bit pricey (particularly wine) so take your own from Kuta area if you can. Comfy bed with really good block blinds/curtains. The onsite shop has some very good authentic items at very reasonable prices and a good range of items needed for daily living.

Cons:

No issues we lived our stay.

A little piece of paradise 😌
Pros:

Sundancer Resort was absolutely amazing. The room we had was separate bedroom with ensuite and a fully equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated with a large lounge on the outdoor balcony. The staff were amazing and the food in the restaurant was good. The pool area was phenomenal as were the girls in the hotel spa, best massage I’ve had in a long time!

Cons:

It is a fair way from the attractions in Lombok but the hotel arranged drivers when needed, there is a supermarket about 2kms up the road and our drivers always stopped in for us on the way back from tours so we could get snacks and drinks at cheaper prices 😌

A terrible experience
Pros:

The breakfast was poor, and we have been asked for an extra charge for a cappuccino... We asked for a fresh milk alternative, but they had no soy, almond, or oat milk, which is a basic service by any standard.

Cons:

We booked a 3-night stay at this hotel. After a very long journey from the airport, we arrived at a deserted, empty hotel located in an extremely remote area. We quickly discovered that the hotel was highly problematic; its facilities were poorly maintained and did not match the photo gallery, pricing, or value proposition presented on your website.
1. We made a reservation for a pool suite and got a room located high up the hillside- a location that required a shuttle to reach the main guest area, Restaurant, breakfast and the beach. The distance was too great to walk. The fact that a vehicle is necessary to get around the hotel was not mentioned in the information provided on the website.
2. Upon entering the room, the air conditioner was leaking; my husband slipped and it nearly resulted in a disaster. 3. There were cracks and peeling walls in the room, including the structural columns supporting the entire building. Some of the towels were dirty. In short, the place felt unsafe and repulsive.
4. The wifi system in the room did not work at any point during our stay; this hindered our ability to manage our business remotely and resulted in financial loss. We asked the reception 3 times to fix it but nothing was done.
5. The beach, described on the website as a "private beach," was completely unusable for Swimming due to excessive aquatic vegetation, seaweed, and garbage. Furthermore, the beach area was filthy embarrassment in any hospitality standard.

Amazing place!
Pros:

A wonderful resort that deserves a much higher rating!

I honestly don’t understand why Sundancer has such a low rating on Booking.com. In my opinion, this property deserves much more recognition.

The resort offers everything you could wish for: excellent accommodation, delicious food, outstanding value for money, and exceptionally kind, attentive staff who genuinely care about their guests’ needs.

Overall, Sundancer is an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy a few peaceful, relaxing days in a beautiful setting.

And as for the villas with private infinity pools, they are simply unforgettable. Staying in one of these villas is a truly memorable experience!

Mooi hotel, wat in de toekomst vast nog mooier gaat worden. Super vriendelijk personeel en manager.

I had an Amazing time to reset.

I had an AMAZING time staying here! I was alone in the Villa with infinity pool and I must say the service the view everything was top tier. It was in september so the resort was quiet and not to busy which made it even better.

All the names mentioned here where amazing and even the names i didn’t! I even got the chance to speak to the owner! I would definitly return here

Das Zimmer ist schön groß und die ganze Anlage war gut gepflegt. Das Essen ist sehr gut und war immer frisch zubereitet. Das Essen ist wirklich 5 Sterne Charakter.

Cons:

Die Lage ist etwas ungünstig. Aber wer einen reinen Cluburlaub erleben möchte, der ist genau richtig hier. Buchen Sie nicht das Abendessen über Booking sondern bezahlen Sie lieber vor Ort selbst. Das spart die Hälfte ein, denn das Essen ist sehr preiswert im Restaurant.

We had a most wonderfull stay at Sundancer, right next to the beach with a view of the secret Gili islands. Every single thing was absolutely beautiful, the rooms, the pool, the facilities, ... But the greatest thing about our stay were the incredible staff, from the start at reception with Ahsan to the restaurant with Niluh, Sanep, Dana (who made the greatest coffee and cocktails), Haris, Elva, Rini and Mira (and many more) who gave the best customer service. And a very special thanks to Wayan, who went out of his way to make our stay unforgettable with his enthusiasm and know-how. Would give a thousand stars if we could, and we will be coming back at some point in the future. Thank you all so much!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sundancer Residences and Villas Lombok. The staff were definitely one of the highlights of our stay — incredibly kind, attentive, available and always happy to help. A special thank you to Ahsan, Sanep, Ketut and Mira for their excellent service (and apologies to the other staff members whose names we unfortunately forgot!).

The location is beautiful, with a stunning garden full of palm trees, and the view from our villa with private pool was absolutely breathtaking. The pool was great, the outdoor area very comfortable, and the bed was also very comfortable. The restaurant prices were reasonable, and we also really enjoyed the snorkeling trip organized by the hotel — a fantastic experience that we highly recommend.

Cons:

A few things could nevertheless be improved. Some walls have visible cracks and signs of previous water damage, and parts of the villa would benefit from repainting. The pool lights and ceiling fan were not working, and there is no safe in the villa. The blinds also don’t fully close, particularly the large kitchen window, so the morning sun comes in very early. Some bedroom switches were not working either, making it unclear what they controlled. A quick explanation of the villa upon arrival would have been appreciated, especially for a 5-star property.

One small thing that also surprised us was breakfast: the self-service options were only black tea or black coffee, so we ordered a cappuccino because we simply don’t drink black coffee, and it was charged separately. We found this a little surprising for a 5-star property, as we would have expected a basic coffee alternative to be included.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The wonderful staff, beautiful surroundings, stunning views and snorkeling experience made it memorable. With a little more attention to maintenance, this place could be truly outstanding.

Pros:

El resort es una pasada: piscina enorme, playa privada, restaurante en los dos sitios, habitaciones enormes, transporte, tienda con buenos precios, personal encantador...
Conocimos al dueño, Dwaine, un hombre de mundo, amable, cercano y que nos compartió su tiempo.
Agradecer a Nazwa y Hadijah su atención, cercanía, simpatía y ayuda. Qué maravilla!
Amplia variedad de comida, y Sanep se encarga de que no falte nada.
En definitiva, un gran sitio. Volveremos.

Cons:

Está aislado, lo cual es genial para desconectar, pero hace falta conductor o alquilar moto para moverse (ambas cosas hay en el hotel), así que sin problema.
