Pros:

Сделали апгрейд номера, доплатили за виллу с видом на океан. Шикарный вид с частным бассейном. Просторно. Тихо

Cons:

Номера уже довольно старые и неплохо провести реновацию. Виллы с красивым видом выше общей линии отеля, туда отвозят на машине и если хочешь уехать - приходится ждать, когда тебя заберут. Местоположение - далеко от цивилизации , поблизости ничего нет

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Elva in the restaurant and also Niluh were were kind and provided good advice for us for activities and so. Also our driver (sorry forgot the name) who many days took us to the villa and also drove us to the Bangsal harbour was very helpful.

Cons:

The water was cut off from the villa on our third day, seems the pump was broken and we were given an apartment for the last night, which was okay and the gave us a complementary dinner as well, so well handled from the management!

Obiekt jest bardzo ładny położony na wzniesieniu,jedzenie jest bardzo dobre !!! ale(to w tym co się nie podobało) wille z prywatnym basenem i widokiem cudowne zlokalizowane na samej górze (prywatny transport).Personel bardzo uprzejmy i zawsze uśmiechnięty.Okolica trochę odosobniona (najlepiej wynająć skuter).Ludzie na Lombok są bardzo życzliwi i pomocni.Szczególne podziękowania dla YUSUF,ARDI,DANA,ILOH I KETUT.

Polityka żywieniowa :pakiety (my mieliśmy wszystko w cenie więc mogliśmy jeść co chcieliśmy) dostępne opcje są trzy (i tak są bardzo dobre) i przy dłuższym pobycie je się ciągle to samo(lepiej nie brać wliczonego śniadania tylko zamówić za opłatą na miejscu(będzie codziennie coś innego) ale jak kto woli te w pakietach też jest bardzo dobre

Pros:

Thank you!! We had an amazing getaway to beautiful West Lombok away from the hustle and bustle. We couldn’t believe the views from the villa - the photos are actually real!! A special thank you to Ketut, Nazwa, Asril, Ardi and Agus. The cooking class (with market visit) and snorkelling trips were particular highlights.

Cons:

The chef was so talented, and we would have loved more Indonesian food options on the menu to allow the team to show off local flavours.

Sehol nincs semmi, mindentől messze van, elég drága szálloda, gondoltuk, hogy legalább svédasztalos reggeli lesz, sajnos nem
Megértjük, nem volt sok vendég
3 csomag volt reggelire , sok minden benne, de, sajnos nem ízlett
Kértünk csak tojást, az meg nagyon kevés volt ( 2 tojás egy kenyéren)

We loved our stay at Sundancer!!
Pros:

We enjoyed the fabulous pool, it was very clean and well maintained. Our room was very comfortable, strong a/c, good mattress and pillows, and a wonderful view. Wifi was great throughout the property which is a real bonus!! The breakfast was huge and delicious. But the most outstanding was the staff - Adi and the team at reception were eager to help with anything needed (wish I remembered everyone’s name)and the staff in the restaurant, Nyoman, Dani, and Harry were friendly and gave great service!! Congratulations to manager, Zul, for his outstanding team and property!

Amazing team
Pros:

We had an amazing week at Sundancer in Lombok. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived.

The staff were absolutely wonderful with our one-year-old child. Everyone was kind, patient, and always ready to help, which made our stay so much easier and even more enjoyable as a family.

We highly recommend Sundancer to any families thinking about visiting Lombok – it’s a perfect place to stay and create great memories.

Die Villa mit Pool

Cons:

die Invasion der Tausendfüssler um die Villa herum sowie am Gemeinschaftspool und in den Toiletten, das war so ekelhaft!
der Check In hat nicht geklappt um 12 Uhr geklappt obwohl man uns versprochen hatte. Wir mussten 2H warten

Pros:

Ein sehr großer Pool mit vielen unterschiedlichen Tiefen und so geplant, dass man sich nie eingeengt fühlt. Leider für die vielen Zimmer zu wenige Liegen. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr schön und hat eine gute Aussicht.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Holzpaneele am Pool heben sich gefährlich ab. Die Zimmer haben einfach zu viele Schäden im Bad und an den Holzelementen.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr spartanisch, und die Polster, sowohl am Pool als auch im Zimmer sehr schmutzig - leider.

Pros:

2 bedroom apartment was amazing, comfortable bedding

Cons:

Only place to eat was the hotel restaurant & the food was average. The closet food store was around 20mins away. Not an ideal location with children especially when the pool was green & not functional

We booked 2 rooms for 5 days , I ended up using 1 since the other one was far and we have 3 babies , I left the 3er day

The rooms are old and smell weird, old bathrooms that I washed with my sandals on , the extra bed is a mattress in the floor , the restaurant is open and u get eaten by mosquitos , the food is very limited in options , the location is far away to the ports and there is basically nothing left to do besides the little 3 islands nearby

Un peccato rovinare così una struttura con grandi potenzialità.
Pros:

La ocean view villa con Infinity pool è meravigliosa ma purtroppo finisce tutto lì.

Cons:

La struttura sembra abbandonata e prossima alla chiusura. Si propone su Booking come un 5 stelle ma evidentemente la gestione non ha alcuna idea del livello che dovrebbe avere. All'arrivo non c'era nessuno ad aiutarci a scaricare i bagagli dal taxi. Il pool bar è chiuso. La piscina deve avere il sistema di filtraggio rotto per cui c'è una persona che sposta un filtro enorme sul perimetro della piscina con dei lunghi tubi posizionati all'interno della piscina per effettuare un filtraggio esterno. Il ristorante è a dir poco disorganizzato ed il servizio è pessimo. Due ore di attesa per mangiare quasi nulla, con piatti di bassa qualità e spesso sbagliati pur essendo essendoci solo 3 tavoli da servire. Vedevamo gli altri ospiti rimandare indietro quasi tutto il cibo che arrivava e poco dopo si sentivano urla dalla cucina.. La cena è stata un incubo: pietanze non arrivate, salse sulla carne aggiunte pur avendo specificato in maniera chiara che non le volevamo. Medio il livello della colazione ma il secondo giorno non c'era la marmellata che avevamo trovato il giorno precedente e ci hanno detto che era finita... Essendo peraltro in una posizione estremamente isolata non c'è alcuna possibilità di andare a mangiare altrove.
Peccato per le potenzialità della struttura e per la villa con piscina a sfioro privata con vista sulla baia decisamente bella ma la gestione è talmente imbarazzante che azzera del tutto il giudizio positivo per la camera. Non ci tornerei mai e lo sconsiglio vivamente.
