Upgrade tv to smart tv, that way people with kids can login to Netflix, Hulu, paramount etc.

The smells of the room wasn’t good smells like pi and some humidity but overall was good
My room smelt like poop sulfur. They first said we pooped. Then they put air freshener. Then I asked to change the room. They said no refund no excuse. Then maid came up said. Poop. Maybe maintenance. Uses the room. Spray more . Then. Later after lady in front desk. Got more rude. Then. Tells the hotel next door to come talk to me about old pipes. That all room smells like that. . Then. I told her fine I well yelp you. She asked me not to and proceeded to still be rude
We had no sheets on our bed I had to go down and get some from front office as well. The mattress was very dirty. The room was not ready for anyone to stay

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.
Before arriving, I requested adjoining or at least nearby rooms because we were traveling as a family with a baby. Instead of informing us that nearby rooms would soon be available after cleaning, we were immediately assigned rooms on different floors, making it very difficult for our family to stay together.
The room we received had a strong mold and mildew smell. We requested a different room, but the replacement also had the same damp odor, although slightly less noticeable. This is not just unpleasant—it is a potential health concern, especially for babies, young children, and anyone with allergies or respiratory conditions.
The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. I found grapes left on the floor from previous guests. A room should have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, especially considering families with small children stay here. My baby is at the stage where she picks up everything from the floor and puts it in her mouth, so finding food left behind created a serious choking hazard and made me question the hotel’s cleaning standards.
We had also requested a crib for our baby, but the front desk simply told us they only had one and that it was already being used by another guest. For a hotel with this many rooms, having only one crib available is unacceptable and shows a lack of preparation for traveling families.
To make matters worse, the room phone was broken. We couldn’t even contact the front desk unless we used the speakerphone to make it work.
Overall, this property appears to have significant maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service issues. The persistent mold smell, poor housekeeping, broken equipment, and lack of basic amenities made this an extremely disappointing stay. For families traveling with babies or young children, these issues represent more than an inconvenience—they create avoidable safety concerns that should never exist in a hotel room.
