Great location. Some of the staff are amazing, though a few seemed a bit unhappy or unfriendly. The food is very good, and the drinks are served ice cold.

Cons:

The beds were extremely uncomfortable—I couldn’t sleep because the mattresses are hard as a rock. Please consider replacing them.
Some of the extra furniture is unnecessary and makes the room look cluttered.
The TVs also need upgrades, as they appear very old or very cheap.
The pool water looked cloudy. With the number of people using it, the pool needs better filtration and more frequent cleaning.

En el desayuno es de tener siempre todas las opciones de comida disponible, ya que si algo se termino, por ejemplo un tamal, tardan en volver a poner mas y no dan respuesta de si hay o no disponible.

El personal es amable, todos muy agradables, no tuve problema para hacer check in y check out. Las toallas estaban limpias y la habitación estaba bn iluminada, amplia y olía bien. Me gustó que a la par de la cama tienen interruptor para apagar la luz

Cons:

Las almohadas no son tan cómodas, uno de los toma corrientes no funcionaba, no tienen agua caliente, no vi refrigerador en la habitación y la ducha estaba sucia (adjunto fotos)
