Very nice hotel with horrible connectivity.
Pros:

Everything but the wi-fi and cell service.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was very underpowered and virtually unusable. To make matters worse, this hotel is apparently in a cell dead zone. Therefore, almost any outside communication was impossible. Even when I stepped outside into the Florida heat, the cell service was intermittent at best.

Adequate but room for improvement - lower the rate or improve the service
Pros:

Hotel was well located for me. Staff were all friendly. I arrived a little earlier than planned and they gave me my room without hesitation. Room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was simple but good.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned. I later learned that they only clean every other day and there was a card saying so in my bundle of check in papers but check in staff failed to highlight this to me. I went out for work the first morning and returned that night to find the room untouched. Because it had not been serviced it meant that coffee, creamers etc were also not replenished. Not a major issue but tedious. The pricing for the stay seemed a little steep for what it was, although it may be the local market rate.

Exceptional Kindness in a Tough Moment
Pros:

We recently stayed here for a DMB concert, but soon after arriving, we had an unexpected medical emergency and didn't even get to sleep in our room or make it to the show. Despite the brief time we spent there, we could see it is a nice, well cared for hotel in a great location.

The wonderful staff went completely above and beyond during a very stressful and unsettling time for our family. Not only were they incredibly empathetic, but they also generously refunded a night's stay to help ease the burden. Their exceptional customer service and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend this hotel and truly look forward to returning in the future under much happier circumstances!

When he got to the property he was told there were no rooms.
I had already paid but the hotel said they couldn’t refund . I have not yet had time to take it up with booking.com

O hotel é pet friendly. Nada contra isto, mas, sendo todo acarpetado, e com janelas que não se abrem, a única ventilação possível nos quartos é o ar condicionado, verifica-se que o hotel todo é bem sujo e empoeirado, cheio de ácaros, o que é prejudicial aos alérgicos. A limpeza dos quartos, em regra, é feita dia sim, dia não. Tive crise de rinite alérgica. Eu sugeriria que retirassem o carpete dos quartos, ou existissem opções de quartos anti-alérgicos.
O café-da-manhã é decepcionante, sem opções, não possui queijo ou presunto, nem salada de frutas; somente aquelas opções típicas dos americanos, como ovos com bacon. Leite frio, café americano (ralo e frio).
