Bad
Very small room
- the location is strategic
- staff is helping
- check in and check out is fast
- room is so dirty and smelly
- the floor is not clean like never been mopped
- room is dusty you will get flu and sneeze non stop
- toilet flush doesn't work
- bed is breaking. we literally sleep on a broken bed
- the bedsheet is dusty
- no shower gel or shampoo
- no safety at the entrance. anyone could access the hotel at any time
- iron area is dirty and dusty, also not comfortable and convenient. only have at level 1. so if your staying at level 4, you have to go down to level 1 just to iron your clothes 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Cleaning, Security, amenities
The stuff were really friendly and welcoming
They took so many days before changing the bedding but they did it at last
None
The room is dim, wall, bed, mattress, floor is dirty, the drain is smelly. The smell got so bad at 7am in the morning I am forced to wake up, check out, and chill in zus coffee.
The price was within my budget for a room with a private bathroom, and the location was excellent.
When I first entered, there was a smell like old bathroom pipes, though it mostly went away once the air conditioning was on and the air circulated. The TV didn’t work even after I asked for a remote. The room key was a tap card, but to enter the main door you have to buzz, which was okay, though I felt uneasy at night when it took a while for someone to respond. The shampoo and soap dispensers were empty (I didn’t ask to have them refilled). The door knob was loose, and the AC remote holder had fallen apart. Overall, it seems like the building and furniture are just quite old and could use some maintenance.
