Pros:

The staff is poorly trained, they are not diligent to solve the problems or requirements.The hotel conditions are not the best, it is clear there is not enough maintenance. One day the bathroom in my room was flooded. the air conditioners don't work well. Carola is the only person who really could help me, I have to thank her for her support, I am sure she was doing her best.
