Pros:

Das Früstück war Ok, Die Hotelbesitzer waren freundlich. Wir haben den Swimmingpool und Sauna sehr genossen. Es ist 20 km weg von dem Berg von Grosser Arber. Es war für uns nicht unbedingt störrend allerdings wer nicht mag ist es bis zum Berg zum Skifahren weit. Zum Abendessen muss mann immer mit Autofahren. Wir waren immer in Lam, welches ca. 3,5 km ist.

Komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Genial! 2h abendschwimmen. Hallenbad privat buchbar :) hatten wir noch nirgends,
liegestühle auf dem Balkon,

Cons:

Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank wären nice gewesen. Ein fliegengitter macht auch sinn

Schönes Hotel und Freundliches Personal
Pros:

Wir fanden das Panorama Hallenbad das Highlight. Aussicht wunderbar. Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch. Ausgezeichnete Lage mit tollem Ausblick und sehr freundliches Personal. Vom Hotel aus gute Wanderstrecken. Hotelzimmer war sauber. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Achtung, es folgt meckern auf hohem Niveau!

Im Schwimmbad war eine Jet Düse nicht funktionsfähig und ein paar Fliesen könnten ausgetauscht werden.

Leider war das Fußbad nicht gefüllt.

Nach dem drücken auf den Knopf für den Whirlpool (Schwimmbereich) geht dieser im vergleich zu anderen Massage Funktionen relativ schnell wieder aus, sodass man relativ oft aufstehen muss um diesen wieder zu aktivieren...

Alles nichts wildes, der Aufenthalt war dennoch sehr schön und Entspannung pur!

Hotel na konci světa, absolutní klid, dostatečně velký bazén, velmi čisto, milý personál, krásné výhledy, vynikající výchozí bod pro pěší turistiku

Cons:

Vzhledem k tomu, že ubytování je jen se snídaní a v okolí nejsou prakticky žádné restaurace, hodila by se aspoň malá chladnička nebo možnost uvařit čaj apod.

Pros:

Entgegen der Beschreibung -Hunde erlaubt- war der Hund nicht erlaubt und anstatt irgendeine Lösung oder eine Kompromiss anzubieten, hat man lieber die Erstattung verweigert und Geld für keine Leistung angenommen. Das hierzu geführte Telefonat mit der Inhaberin kann auch nicht als freundlich beschrieben werden. Von wegen der Fehler liegt bei Booking.com und ihr seien die Hände gebunden... sorry, aber Gastfreundlichkeit und Professionalität gehen anders

Kein WLAN in den Zimmern
Ein bisschen alte Möbel .
Silikon im Schwimmbad gehört sich mal erneut .
Kaffeeautomat oder so kleine Tabs Kaffeeautomaten auf die Zimmer wäre toll.
Man könnte das ganze Hotel mit wenig Mitteln ein bisschen mehr aufwerten .

Krásné klidné místo na samotě u lesa, skvělé na relax a k tomu bonus bazén s krásným výhledem na panorama. Neskutečné ticho a pohoda.
