Overall nice hotel, but location is terrible
Pros:

Everything was actually pretty nice.
Room, view, food, service…
But location…

Cons:

Location alone unfortunately is enough drawback to not wanting to stay there again.
It’s located at the very bottom of Sapa centre and every time you want to go out, for a meal, or massage, or explore, you have to walk upstairs some 150 massive steps. I’m a hiker and very fit, yet, even for me those steps were very annoying, especially when you need to do it 4-5times a day. Can’t even imagine how other guest survive, unless you call for a car every time you need to get out.
Otherwise a nice hotel. But considering how many nice hotels Sapa has, and most are in better locations, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh. Bữa ăn sáng khá phong phú, ngon miệng! Nhà m may mắn dc anh Hùng hỗ trợ up free phòng view núi sáng được ngắm mây và view nhìn được đỉnh Fan rất đẹp nha! Đội lễ tân phục vụ nhiệt tình, nhẹ nhàng, hỗ trợ m book xe và vé đi tham quan hợp lý! Khách sạn khá gần trung tâm có thể đi bộ đến nhà thờ đá, rất gần Mật pet trẻ con có thể chơi vui vẻ, bm thì uống cafe ngắm mây rất chill.

Pros:

Beautiful view from our room overlooking the mountains and rice fields. The hotel is well located with two restaurants with good prices and good food. Nice fireplace in the lobby and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and the room was modern and clean. I highly recommend it.
